Cross sectional descriptive statistics was instrumental as design of the research that is total quantitative approach. 120 Sample participants were selected to fill the survey questioners. Inferential statistics were the major part of analysis like ANOVA, Regression and Principal component analysis. The findings showed that independent variables were highly correlated with dependent variable at 0.005 level of significant level. Regression analysis of independent and dependent variables show R 2 = 0.783. This means that 78% of the variance in quality education development is due to solar energy electrification. It indicated that solar energy service qualities are an important dimension of the social context in improving quality education and academic achievement of students in schools. It was concluded that, the federal and well as regional state officials should exert more commitment for the expansion of solar energy at rural schools level who are not able to get sufficient electrification.

The study instrumentalized the mixed research method through concurrent strategy and Quantitative and qualitative approach. There were 10 governmental and 10 private pre-primary school centres in the Wolaita Zone Sodo town. The target population were 78 pre-primary school teachers, 20 school principals, 4 supervisors, the town education office head, and 400 parents. The town education head officers were taken as samples using the available sampling method because they were small and manageable. Regarding parents, 400 parents were selected by a simple random sampling method from the two strata (government and private). Questionnaires were employed for data collection. The collected data were also quantitative technique. The quantitative data were analyzed using inferential statistics like Binary logistic regression (Logit Model) to check the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The result of data analyses revealed that qualified teachers, leadership and management, family income, parent education level, access to book and play materials, quality child care, school environment, standard curriculum, play-based methodology, assessment method, CPD for teachers and principals, stakeholders support are the major determinants of ECCE and quality education at 0.001 level of significance, with the Chi-square 144.543, Cox and Shell R 2 0.567, Nagelkerke R 2 0.789, Hosmer and Lemeshow Goodness of fit test 4,39 (p=0,821). The study recommended appropriately institutionalizing all the above determinants that highly influence ECCE education quality. Moreover, the government need to institutionalize the ECCE teacher development institute to build the capacity of teachers.

A multi-stage sampling techniques (stratified random sampling, simple random sampling, purposive and availability sampling) were instrumental to draw the necessary sample units for the survey. Grounded on this technique, a total of 341respondents was taken and the sample size determination focuses on 95 % confidence level and within the 5 % confidence limit. Data were analyzed through different methods. Pearson product moment correlation based on the level of measurements of the variables was used to determine inter-items correlation. Two-sample t-test was employed to understand the chief difference between variables. One way ANOVA were used to examine the variations between and within groups by considering its assumptions. Moreover, a binary logistic regression model adopted to determine the overall model evaluation, and the relationship between a binary dependent variable and a set of independent variables on the Beta label (β). From the results of this work, it can be alleged that despite the fact that improvement in women's education; the degree of empowerment in their economic, socio-cultural, legal and political dimensions is not significant as compare to their twins. Chi square test also shows the statistically significant relationship of the education and empowerment dimensions. Besides, Hosmer-Lemeshow test points out the goodness of fit of the model with chi-square value of 6.336 and with a probability value of >0.05, which provides significant at the 5 % level. Thus, to effective gender parity and economic, socio-cultural, legal, political and psychological empowerment the researcher recommended different strategic and policy directions.

Agency theory used to examine organizational thinking and behavior of the agents and the relationship between agent and principal to highlight goal conflicts and information asymmetries. The study employs a parallel convergent mixed research design. A self-developed survey questionnaire was administered to 1474 participants after purposively and randomly selecting participants from the nine public universities. Data on legal issues were collected from purposefully selected legislative documents. Both descriptive (percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Principal Component Analysis, Regression, Factor loading) were employed. Results show that public universities in Ethiopia experience strong government interference and control in internal affairs that has resulted in information asymmetry problems and goal conflicts. The Ethiopian government fails to materialize steering from distance and self-governance of public universities. It is concluded that the control system of the government did not conceive the loosely coupled, multidimensional features of public universities and failed to institutionalize a sound government-universality relationship. Outcome-based funding and performance indicators be adopted, a balanced autonomy and accountability with clear boundaries be granted, effective governance structures be institutionalized, and a strong supervisory mechanism as major policy implications be established to create an effective university-government relationship. Moreover, binary logistic regression model adopted to determine the relationship between a binary dependent variable and a set of independent variables at Beta label (β). Chisquared test were also used to see the relationship between two categorical variables. From the study it is possible to conclude that, even though the instructional supervision require cooperative work, the sample schools were not found to be working mutually and the practice also lacks regular and continuous support to teachers in the ways to improve teaching learning methods and improving students' performance, lacks appropriate guidelines and resources and no standardized data collection instrument to collect information at the time of instructional supervision, the involvement of stakeholders were insignificant. The study also reveals statistically significant relationship between instructional supervision, supervisors and teachers relation, stakeholders involvement with quality education. Thus, to the effective practices of instructional supervision at respective schools the researcher recommended different strategic pillars.
