Change Night Shift settings on Mac
On your Mac, use Night Shift in Displays settings to shift your display to the warmer end of the color spectrum. Warmer screen colors are easier on your eyes when you use your Mac at night or in low-light conditions.
Note: To find out if your Mac supports Night Shift, see the Apple Support article Use Night Shift on your Mac.
To change these settings, choose Apple menu > System Settings, click Displays in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down), then click the Night Shift button on the right.
