INSTALLING THE ESIM THROUGH YOUR CAMERA APP:
You can install your Smart Prepaid eSIM by simply scanning the QR code using
the
camera app on your eSIM-capable device.
If you have received the Smart Prepaid eSIM QR on your
email:

Open the email using another device then scan the QR code using your
eSIM-capable device.

With a Samsung eSIM-capable device, you may also download or take a
screenshot of the QR code and upload it from the SIM Manager menu.
Important:

Make sure you have a stable internet connection before installing
your
eSIM.

For Smart Prepaid eSIM purchased via Smart Online Store, please also
check
the email attachment for the QR code.
INSTALLING THE ESIM THROUGH YOUR SIM MANAGER IN YOUR DEVICE’S
SETTINGS:
FOR APPLE DEVICES:

Ensure that you have iOS version 12.4 and above.

Connect to any WiFi network/Cellular Data

Go to Settings.
-
Go to Cellular Network.
-
Click "Add Cellular Plan" or “Add eSIM”.
-
Camera will automatically launch.
-
You will be prompted that you have already downloaded the Smart
Prepaid
eSIM.
Samsung
-
Connect to any WiFi network/Cellular Data
-
Go to Settings click on Connections menu.
-
Select SIM card manager and Add Mobile plan.
-
Click on Add using QR code.
-
Scan the QR code.
-
Select Add Cellular Plan.
-
Click on OK to turn on new mobile plan.

Your new eSIM profile will be displayed.
HUAWEI
-
Connect to any WiFi network/Cellular Data

Go to Settings.
-
Select Mobile Network.
-
Select SIM Management.
-
Select SIM 2 settings and click on eSIM.

Click on Add eSIM.
-
Scan the QR code.
-
Click on "Add this eSIM".
-
Your new eSIM profile will be displayed.

Once registered, all mobile services such as incoming and outgoing voice, SMS

data will be activated.
