If you upload playthroughs of horror games where you obnoxiously overreact and scream at every last shadow: You are cringe.

If you are a content-creator and the thumbnails for your uploads regularly feature yourself performing a highly exaggerated reaction-face: You are cringe.

If you refer to yourself as an influencer: You are cringe.

If you validate yourself by the number of social media followers you have: You are cringe.

If you make TikTok videos lipsyncing to [insert literally anything] while making exaggerated faces which employ excessive snap-zooms: You are cringe.

If you make TikTok videos at all: You are cringe.

If your entire personality revolves around your ethnicity, sexuality or gender: You are cringe.

If you believe in crystal healing, essential oils, astrology or one of the many other stereotypical Facebook Mom/Wine Aunt fields of study: You are dumb as bricks... and also you are cringe.

If any of this makes you upset or angry: 

You are cringe and I am laughing at you.
