A comparative analysis of performance of the optimized principal component analysis (OPCA) and (PCA) principal component analysis is done and it was found out that OPCA performed better than PCA. In this approach data to be encrypted is broken into blocks to remove pattern recognition which is the serious defect of the traditional XOR encryption method. This approach eliminates the two way operations of compression and decompression which is the normal way of avoiding pattern recognition in the traditional XOR encryption method, thereby reduce processing time. The approach also outperforms other block encryption algorithms as the maximum number of characters in a block is more than what could be handled by its counterparts when keys of the same length are used. The algorithm is implemented in Matrix Laboratory (MATLAB) programming language. The program is tested on a machine that is runs on windows 7 operating system

Electronic Learning is the delivery of learning or educational program by electronic means, the acquisition of knowledge and skills using technologies such as computer and internet-based courseware and local and wide area networks. The work discussed the development of an audio-text based electronic learning system and how it is implemented. The development of this program can lead to a potential increase in the use of the remote-learning sessions and requirements of such a service.
