Sohag (Arabic: سوهاجSawhāǧ, Sa'idi Arabic: [suːhaːdʒ] ( listen), Egyptian Arabic: [soˈhæːɡ]), cried Sawhāj, Suhag an Suhaj an aa,[1] is a ceety in Egyp that lies on the wast bank o the Nile.
