We prove some convergence theorems for a Krasnoselskij type fixed point iterative method
constructed as the admissible perturbation of a nonlinear'-pseudocontractive operator
defined on a convex and closed subset of a Hilbert space. These new results extend and
unify several related results in the current literature established for contractions, strongly
pseudocontractive operators and generalized pseudocontractions.
