The goal of this study is to balance the effect of market orientation on bussiness performance by looking at the potential moderating function of competitive advantage. Partial Least Square model analysis is used in the study. MSMEs business actors werw given a quetionnaire with a likert scale and five possible answers. We discovered that whilw market orientation is crucial for creating a competittive edge, it has no real bearing on how well a company performs. Additionally, whereas entrepreneurial mindset direccty affects corporate performance, it has little impact on competitive advantage. MSME business actors need to able to create fresh concept that can help the neighborhood deal with socioeconomic issue brought on by the Covid-19 pndemic.

Objectives are the purpose of this paper is to determine the mediating impact of customer involve... more Objectives are the purpose of this paper is to determine the mediating impact of customer involvement onthe relationship between relationship quality and antecedent values namely commitment, customersatisfaction, and trust, and the consequence, namely loyalty intentions in loan customers at PT Bank NegaraIndonesia (Bank BNI) Purwokerto Branch. Design / Methodology is descriptive research design that isquantitative in nature which was carried out and obtained responses from loan customers was analyzed.Findings the loan customer manager of Bank BNI Purwokerto branch must be involved in customerengagement by implementing strategies that can create customer commitment, foster customer satisfactionand build trust. Facilitating customer engagement can lead to higher loyalty intentions among loancustomers to banking companies. Limitations / Implications of the Research is this investigation providesa greater understanding of the relationship and the importance of customer engagement theory and itsimpact in strengthening the relationship between the factors of customer satisfaction, trust, commitmentand customer loyalty. Practical implications from the managerial overview, it was found that the customermanager of the Bank BNI Purwokerto branch loan must be involved in customer engagement thatimplements strategies that encourage customer commitment, ensure customer satisfaction, and buildconfidence. The aim of this study was to identify determinants of acceptance of green products, including attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control of theory of planned behavior with gender as moderation variable towards purchase intention of green products. The sample was millennial generation with 100 responses around Purwokerto and we test this hypothesis performing a regression analysis. The findings revealed a significant effect of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control towards purchase intention. Gender did not moderate the effect of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control towards purchase intention.

The research aimed to explore the characteristics of villages in Banyumas Regency that potentially served as an innovative village. The research phase began with focus group discussions to assess the potential of villages using rapid assessment and quantitative analysis of the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The discussion resulted in a list of 22 villages that were screened out through rapid assessment into 7 villages.
