A customer was asking about if there's an action that allows us to diff issues against a main branch and only on a PR - which is something they could do with one of our competitors. This action doesn't support fossa's
--diffoption, but this PR adds support as well as an example.The PR is deceptively large because as part of it I found some issues and fixed them by running
yarn upgradewhich re-wrote ouryarn.lockfile.
