[ty] Demonstrate SIGSEGV via salsa

This is a demonstration of what I believe must imply unsoundness
somewhere inside of Salsa. That is, I don't use any `unsafe`, but I get
an "invalid memory reference" error.

Consolidate Django comparison docs into single README

- Merged DJANGO_TYPE_CHECKER_COMPARISON.md into README.md
- Updated findings to reflect actual mdtest discoveries:
  - Field access returns 'Unknown | str' not 'Unknown' (descriptor protocol works\!)
  - Added Self type support as astral-sh#1 blocker
  - Reordered priorities based on actual gaps found
- Removed redundant markdown file

This makes the django_testing/ directory easier to navigate with one
comprehensive README instead of multiple overlapping docs.
