Przewalski’ s horse! The last remaining species of wild horse, once extinct in the wild, it has been slowly bouncing back as a result of organized conservation efforts. They’re an important fixture in a healthy Mongolian steppe ecosystem.

Inktober 2017 Day 9: Anne Shirley (Anne With An E/Anne Of Green Gables)
My Inktober theme this year is “Girls, girls, girls!” In which I’ll celebrate the women, fictional or real, that I fell for and related to this year. I have selected 31 of them and I am going to draw them in a randomized order!
I have a special relationship to Anne Shirley. I started reading the first book when I was around 8/9 years old, it was a gift from my grandmother, probably because she thought I would relate to this peculiar spirited child, and I definitely did! I read 2 other books from the Anne’s saga, and she always had that special place in my heart since then. So naturally, when I heard that Netflix was adapting the book into a TV Show, I was more than happy and excited about it. And it did not disappoint, AT ALL! The show gives me the exact same feelings I had while reading the book, and main actress AmyBeth McNulty is just a pure delight, and the perfect fit for Anne. Watching Anne With An E is a true breath of fresh air, it’s a show full of warmth and humanity, and I definitely recommend it!

This image was very rushed and has so many things I should fix... but I figure I'd rather draw a new one from scratch. After all, there'll never be enough imagery of Edward/Gilbert and Rydia singing together ^^ (and FFIV robbed us by not including anything of the sort)
Drawn for FFIV's 32th anniversary, July 18th, 2023.
Funnily enough, I was 29 years late for FFIV¡s fandom (played it for the first time in August 2020)

Philippa Gordon from the Anne of Green Gables Book Series
“Nor to Jo, either,” retorted Phil. “You keep on pitying him. Why, pray? I think he’s to be envied. He’s getting brains, beauty, and a heart of gold in ME.”
my poll era has begun. pls tell me your choices in the tags, bonus points if you choose a lmm companion to live there with and why
"Cloud of Spruce" is without a doubt the best name, but it's been years since I read Magic for Marigold and I have no memories of what it's actually like. "New Moon" is the second best name and the one where I think I'd actually like to live: old, romantic, with little unexpected corners and a lookout tower that was most thrillingly locked up for years. The orchard and Cousin Jimmy's garden must also be taken into account as features of this home.
Valancy's Muskoka cottage is a very close second for me – I think New Moon is where I'd want to live with a lot of other people, and the Muskoka cottage is where I'd want to live with just myself or one other person and an appropriate amount of cats. Edit: I think Philippa Gordon would be an absolutely lovely housemate. She reminds me of my favorite college roommate.
