The McDonald's app is a disappointment. lts interface is clunky and prone to glitches, making ordering a frustrating experience. Navigation is cumbersome, and the app often freezes or crashes mid-order, wasting both time and patience. Additionally, the app's deals and promotions are often misleading or difficult to redeem, leaving customers feeling cheated. Overall, it's a subpar app that fails to deliver a seamless ordering experience.

This app would be great if the app wasn't so difficult to log into every single time. It takes so long to log into every time that I'm there for like an hour trying to do it. Ive done it on different phones and everything. . and ALOT of times I have to delete the app so when I have to reinstall and re long in it's such a hassle and a mission I just can't deal with it anymore I give up! Fix your app!!! Thanks...

Constant problems. One time it says I have to install it from Google Play, but it was installed from here only... Other time it doesn't even open, or says I have to use the latest version, even though there is no update for it. It gives me a notification of a new coupon, but it won't even open the app itself. Tried it on several phones, across years, it was always problematic. This is very disappointing from the company that has one of the largest revenues in fast-food business.
