Description

We need tu update matomo core from
from 4.15.1 to 5.03

at the same time I'll try to move this virtual host from PHP 7.3 to PHP 8.1

Bonus point:
In matomo are missing existing (ad working) tag containers from configuration screen.
Let's investigate.
