Export nearby articles in a computer-readable or list form for external use. Context: Kartographer maps can already display nearby articles in a graphical way, but not as a list.

Use case(s)

• I am looking at a Kartographer map and am seeing interesting nearby items.
• I want to load these items into an external app, e.g. by using interesting Wikivoyage articles to plan a trip on another app.

Notes
Wikivoyage can already export GPXs, but only per article, and not region- or country-wide.
