Try and edit a table such as those in this page: https://coasterpedia.net/wiki/2020_in_coasters

What happens?:
The add row button, normally to the left of the table, is not visible.

Software version (if not a Wikimedia wiki), browser information, screenshots, other information, etc.:

The #content element has this rule applied:

overflow: hidden;

If I disable that rule, the left border of the table that appears when editing the table is displayed. That css rule is hiding it.
