MobileFrontend doesn't hide the header correctly on the Main Page

Description

Problem:

On a mobile device, go to the main page of any wiki, i.e. https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_page

The extra padding at the top caused by .heading-holder should not be displayed.

Using the Way Back Machine, it looks like this change happened around January 2020 (when comparing to December 2019).

The whole block should not be rendered if the heading is empty. This is what is currently causing this.
