Currently our public endpoint checks for the wikis in icinga (e.g. text-lb.$DCNAME.wikimedia.org checks) only look at cacheable URLs. We should add uncached checks as well, and these will need to be per-service (e.g. MW, RB, etc) to get decent coverage.
