Description

Currently packages can only be uploaded to reprepro by copying the packages to carbon, switch to root and run the reprepro commands.

We should create an upload queue similar to what is used in the Debian archive, i.e. allowing GPG-signed SFTP uploads to a queue which is processed by reprepro.
