- the server device 2 substantially controls the voice guidance device 1A regarding the route guidance, the voice guidance system operates in response to the user's information request as in the first embodiment. It is possible to output an appropriate amount of information according to the load.
- the server device 2 is an example of the "information processing device".
- the voice guidance device 1 or 1A outputs only the basic information or the basic information and the additional information according to the driving load in response to the user's information request. .. Instead of dividing the information to be output into basic information and additional information in this way, prepare information with a small amount of information and information with a large amount of information, and select and output one of them according to the operating load. May be good. Specifically, information including only the basic information shown in FIG. 3 is prepared as information having a small amount of information, and information including the contents of the basic information and additional information shown in FIG. 3 is prepared as information having a large amount of information. .. Then, the voice guidance device 1 or 1A may output information having a small amount of information when the operating load is large, and output information having a large amount of information when the operating load is small.
- the voice guidance device 1 determines the driving load mainly based on whether the vehicle Ve is running or parked / stopped. Instead, the voice guidance device 1 may determine the driving load based on the shape of the road on which the vehicle Ve travels. In this case, the voice guidance device 1 may determine that the driving load is large if the road shape on which the vehicle travels is complicated, and that the driving load is small if the road shape is simple. Further, the voice guidance device 1 may determine the driving load based on the necessity of changing the lane of the vehicle Ve. In this case, the voice guidance device 1 may determine that the driving load is large when the lane change is necessary, and determine that the driving load is small when the lane change is unnecessary.
- the voice guidance device 1 may determine the driving load based on the traffic condition around the vehicle Ve. In this case, the voice guidance device 1 may determine that the driving load is large if the periphery of the vehicle Ve is congested, and that the driving load is small if the periphery is small. Further, the voice guidance device 1 may determine the driving load based on the biological information of the driver. In this case, the voice guidance device 1 detects the driver's heart rate, sweating state, etc. from the steering or the like, determines that the driving load is large when the driver is in an excited state, and when the driver is calm. It may be determined that the operating load is small.
- the information request is made by voice input, but may be made by, for example, a preset hardware or software information request button.

Abstract
