  1. 一种智能制造业便于对零部件进行防护的放置架,包括放置底板(1),其特征在于:所述放置底板(1)的顶部一侧固定连接有架体(3),所述架体(3)的一侧固定连接有隔板(4),所述隔板(4)的两侧均固定连接有物料板(7),所述物料板(7)与架体(3)固定连接,所述物料板(7)的顶部固定开设有均匀分布的放置孔(8),所述隔板(4)的两侧均固定连接有支撑板(9),所述支撑板(9)的顶部固定连接有定位柱(10),所述定位柱(10)的顶部套设有支撑管(11),所述支撑管(11)的内壁设置有防护弹簧(12),所述防护弹簧(12)与定位柱(10)固定连接,所述支撑管(11)的表面固定连接有移动板(13),所述支撑板(9)的顶部中心固定连接有电动推杆(14),所述电动推杆(14)的顶部固定连接有托板(15),所述架体(3)的另一侧设置有均匀分布的挂料卡具(16),所述放置底板(1)的顶部固定连接有数量为两个的挡货架(17),所述放置底板(1)的顶部固定连接有位于两个挡货架(17)之间的橡胶垫(18),所述橡胶垫(18)的顶部开设有限位槽(19),所述挡货架(17)的内侧固定连接有定位组件(20),所述定位组件(20)与限位槽(19)活动连接,两个所述挡货架(17)的相对侧均开设有滑槽(21),所述滑槽(21)的内壁滑动连接有滑块(22),所述滑块(22)的一侧固定连接有挡料杆(23),所述挡货架(17)的顶部开设有均匀分布的定位孔(24),所述定位孔(24)与滑槽(21)连通,所述定位孔(24)的内壁插接有固定销(25),所述固定销(25)与滑块(22)插接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能制造业便于对零部件进行防护的放置架,其特征在于:所述放置底板(1)的底部固定连接有万向轮(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能制造业便于对零部件进行防护的放置架,其特征在于:所述架体(3)的顶部一侧设置有防尘板(5),所述防尘板(5)的底部固定连接有补光灯(6)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能制造业便于对零部件进行防护的放置架,其特征在于:所述隔板(4)将物料板(7)的一侧分隔成两个区域。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能制造业便于对零部件进行防护的放置架,其特征在于:所述定位组件(20)包括有固定板和橡胶卡板,所述固定板位于挡货架(17)的内侧,所述橡胶卡板的一侧固定连接有转动座,所述转动座的内壁设置有轴承,所述轴承的内缘套接有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆贯穿固定板并与固定板螺纹连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能制造业便于对零部件进行防护的放置架,其特征在于:所述支撑管(11)的顶部固定连接有海绵垫。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能制造业便于对零部件进行防护的放置架,其特征在于:所述放置孔(8)的形状为圆形,所述放置孔(8)的形状也可为其他形状。
