Description

随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对耳机的使用量也不断提升,尤其是小型的耳机,由于其具有便于携带的特点,因此广受消费者的青睐,且其使用的范围已由早期的小型收音机与随身听,扩及到移动电话、携带型随身听(如CD-player)等各种新颖的电子设备方面。
为方便使用者佩挂耳机,有生产厂家开发出了具有头箍的耳机,其可让使用者在使用时以头箍跨设在头顶,以提供适切的吊挂和支撑效果。但是,这种结构的耳机会对使用者的头发产生压迫,而破坏使用者的发型,因此其销售量受到一定程度的限制。
为此,一些厂家开发出耳挂结构,其一般是与耳机体相互结合,成型为一体,经使用者穿挂在耳朵后,在此耳挂的一端设有扬声器,在另一端则延伸出一传输线,以供连结在一播放机上。但是这种结构的耳挂在储放的过程中,难免会折叠传输线以减少耳挂的占用空间,此时,传输线可能因为过度折叠而导致其内的传输线断裂,造成损坏。
在此基础上,一些附着于使用者耳朵内的耳挂被开发出来,从而为耳机提供附着力。但是现有技术中的附着式耳挂的舒适度和稳固性都有欠缺,不能满足使用者的需求,而且由于每个人的耳朵大小不尽相同,现有的附着式耳挂也不能满足所有使用者的需求。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种耳挂结构及包含该耳挂结构的耳机,该耳挂 结构与耳朵的贴合度更好,可以提高使用的舒适度和佩戴的稳固性,而且久戴不会有不适感,而且该耳挂结构可以适用于不同大小的耳朵。

实施例1
如图1至图4所示,本实施例提供的一种耳挂结构,包括耳撑部,耳撑部1包括凸起部11、空腔部12和用于连接凸起部11和空腔部12的连接部13,凸起部11设置为空心结构,并且凸起部11、连接部13和空腔部12相互贯通。连接部13本身也是空心的,便于喇叭腔体的嵌入。耳撑部1的设置可以提高该耳挂的佩戴稳固性。耳撑部1的部分外周缘与耳朵的对耳轮对应且沿循对耳轮的内侧设置,从而使得该耳挂结构与耳朵的贴合度更好,可以提高使用的舒适度和佩戴的稳固性,而且久戴不会有不适感。为了便于理解,本实用新型特给出人体耳朵的构造,详见图10。本实用新型基于人体工学设计,更加人性化,使用舒适度高。
连接部13的外表面为递减弧形,这种结构的连接部13不仅美观,而且可以与耳朵更好的贴合,提高佩戴稳固性。
凸起部11的外端面所在平面与空腔部12的外端面所在平面之间呈0°-90°,优选为10°-50°,即凸起部11的外端面与空腔部12的外端面不平行,而是呈一定的夹角,从而使得软质耳塞部2呈一定的倾斜角度,便于塞入耳朵 的耳甲腔内。
凸起部11的外端面在空腔部12的外端面上的投影位于空腔部12的外端面的非中央部,即凸起部11相对于连接部13侧向设置,并不是设置在连接部13的中心区域。这种设计是为了与耳朵更好的贴合。

其中,软质耳塞部2为两端开口的空心结构,并且软质耳塞部2的远离后盖4的一端的开口的直径小于软质耳塞部2的靠近后盖4的一端的开口的直径。
