Abstract

一种具有单向节流功能的尿素管(100),包括快接插头(1)、与快接插头(1)相连通的尿素出口接头(2)以及与尿素出口接头(2)相连通的旁通管组件(3),旁通管组件(3)包括耐尿素尼龙管(31)、缠绕在耐尿素尼龙管(31)上且用以加热耐尿素尼龙管(31)的电阻丝(32)、位于电阻丝(32)的外围且用以限定电阻丝(32)的导热层(33)、包裹在导热层(33)外围的保温层(34)以及包裹在保温层(34)外围的波纹护套(35),旁通管组件(3)中安装有单向节流阀(36)。还涉及一种尿素喷射系统及其控制方法。该具有单向节流功能的尿素管(100)能够在系统压力较高时将尿素回流到尿素箱(300),起到对尿素泵的保护作用。另外,当齿轮泵反转回抽时起到反向截至的作用,从而使尿素压力管中的尿素能够回流进尿素箱。

Description

具有单向节流功能的尿素管、尿素喷射系统及其控制方法
本申请要求了申请日为2016年10月26日、申请号为201610948316.2、发明名称为“具有单向节流功能的尿素管、尿素喷射系统及其控制方法”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有单向节流功能的尿素管、尿素喷射系统及其控制方法,属于发动机尾气后处理技术领域。
背景技术
现有的尿素喷射系统通常包括用以从尿素箱中抽取尿素溶液的尿素泵总成以及用以向发动机的尾气中喷射尿素的尿素喷嘴。基于目前尿素泵总成在工作中,泵持续运行供给尿素,而使用的水冷喷嘴未设置尿素冷却回流的结构。当喷嘴不开启时,从尿素泵泵出的尿素无法回流,造成尿素泵溢流现象,将损坏尿素泵。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有单向节流功能的尿素管、尿素喷射系统及其控制方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种具有单向节流功能的尿素管,其包括快接插头、与所述快接插头相连通的尿素出口接头以及与所述尿素出口接头相连通的旁通管组件,所述旁通管组件包括耐尿素尼龙管、缠绕在所述耐尿素尼龙管上且用以加热所述耐尿素尼龙管的电阻丝、位于所述电阻丝的外围且用以限定所述电阻丝的导热层、包裹在所述导热层外围的保温层以及包裹在所述保温层外围的波纹护套,所述旁通管组件中安装有单向节流阀。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述快接插头设有与所述尿素出口接头对齐的入口管部以及连接在所述入口管部与所述尿素出口接头之间的出口管部,其中所述出口管部插入所述耐尿素尼龙管中。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述单向节流阀也插入在所述耐尿素尼龙管中且位于所述出口管部的下游。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述导热层包括锡箔纸。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述尿素管还包括包裹在所述入口管部、所述出口管部以及至少部分所述旁通管组件的外围的注塑件。
本发明还揭示了一种尿素喷射系统,其包括用以从尿素箱中抽取尿素溶液的尿素泵总成以及用以向发动机的尾气中喷射尿素的尿素喷嘴,所述尿素喷射系统还包括前述的尿素管,其中所述快接插头与所述尿素泵总成相连通,所述旁通管组件与所述尿素箱相连通,所述尿素出口接头与所述尿素喷嘴相连通。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述尿素泵总成包括能够正向以及反向运转的齿轮泵。
本发明还揭示了一种尿素喷射系统的控制方法,其包括如下步骤:
S1,当所述尿素泵总成开始工作时,打开所述尿素喷嘴;当系统压力达到设置值时,关闭所述尿素喷嘴;当从所述尿素泵总成出来的尿素压力达到所述单向节流阀的开启压力时,开启所述单向节流阀以将至少部分尿素回流到所述尿素箱中;
S2,当所述尿素泵总成正常工作时,从所述齿轮泵出来的尿素一部分从所述尿素喷嘴喷出,多余的尿素从所述旁通管组件流回所述尿素箱;
S3,当所述齿轮泵反转回抽时,打开所述尿素喷嘴,所述旁通管组件中的尿素经所述单向节流阀反向截止,尿素压力管中的尿素经所述齿轮泵回流进所述尿素箱。
相较于现有技术,本发明通过设置单向节流阀,能够在系统压力较高时将尿素回流到尿素箱,起到对尿素泵的保护作用;另外,当尿素泵回抽时起到反向截至的作用,从而使尿素压力管中的尿素能够回流进所述尿素箱。

具体实施方式
请参图1至图4所示,本发明揭示了一种具有单向节流功能的尿素管100。图5揭示了具有所述尿素管100的尿素喷射系统200,其中所述尿素喷射系统200,其包括用以从尿素箱300中抽取尿素溶液的尿素泵总成400以及用以向发动机的尾气中喷射尿素的尿素喷嘴500。
请参图1至图4所示,所述尿素管100包括快接插头1、与所述快接插头1相连通的尿素出口接头2以及与所述尿素出口接头2相连通的旁通管组件3。所述旁通管组件3包括耐尿素尼龙管31、缠绕在所述耐尿素尼龙管31上且用以加热所述耐尿素尼龙管31的电阻丝32、位于所述电阻丝32的外围且用以限定所述电阻丝32的导热层33、包裹在所述导热层33外围的保温层34以及包裹在所述保温层34外围的波纹护套35。所述旁通管组件3中安装有单向节流阀36。
请参图3及图4所示,在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述快接插头1设有与所述尿素出口接头2对齐的入口管部11以及连接在所述入口管部11与所述尿素出口接头2之间的出口管部12。所述出口管部12插入所述耐尿素尼龙管31中。所述单向节流阀36也插入在所述耐尿素尼龙管31中且位于所述出口管部12的下游,其中箭头所指的方向是尿素正常回流的方向。
所述导热层包括锡箔纸,以阻止热量向外发散,提高加热解冻的效率。
所述尿素管100还包括包裹在所述入口管部11、所述出口管部12以及至少部分所述旁通管组件3的外围的注塑件4。
请参图5所示,所述快接插头1与所述尿素泵总成400相连通。所述旁通管组件3与所述尿素箱300相连通。所述尿素出口接头2与所述尿素喷嘴500相连通。优选地,所述尿素泵总成400包括能够正向以及反向运转的齿轮泵。
本发明尿素喷射系统200的控制方法包括如下步骤:
S1,当所述尿素泵总成400开始工作时,打开所述尿素喷嘴500;当系统压力达到设置值时,关闭所述尿素喷嘴500;当从所述尿素泵总成400出来的尿素压力达到所述单向节流阀36的开启压力时,开启所述单向节流阀36以将至少部分尿素回流到所述尿素箱300中;
S2,当所述尿素泵总成400正常工作时,从所述齿轮泵出来的尿素一部分从所述尿素喷嘴500喷出,多余的尿素从所述旁通管组件3流回所述尿素箱300;
S3,当所述齿轮泵反转回抽时,打开所述尿素喷嘴500,所述旁通管组件3中的尿素经所述单向节流阀36反向截止,尿素压力管中的尿素经所述齿轮泵回流进所述尿素箱300。
本发明通过设置单向节流阀36,能够在系统压力较高时将尿素回流到尿素箱300,起到对尿素泵的保护作用。另外,当齿轮泵反转回抽时起到反向截至的作用,从而使尿素压力管中的尿素能够回流进所述尿素箱300。
另外,以上实施例仅用于说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案,对本说明书的理解应该以所属技术领域的技术人员为基础,尽管本说明书参照上述的实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,所属技术领域的技术人员仍然可以对本发明进行修改或者等同替换,而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种具有单向节流功能的尿素管,其包括快接插头、与所述快接插头相连通的尿素出口接头以及与所述尿素出口接头相连通的旁通管组件,其特征在于:所述旁通管组件包括耐尿素尼龙管、缠绕在所述耐尿素尼龙管上且用以加热所述耐尿素尼龙管的电阻丝、位于所述电阻丝的外围且用以限定所述电阻丝的导热层、包裹在所述导热层外围的保温层以及包裹在所述保温层外围的波纹护套,所述旁通管组件中安装有单向节流阀。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的尿素管,其特征在于:所述快接插头设有与所述尿素出口接头对齐的入口管部以及连接在所述入口管部与所述尿素出口接头之间的出口管部,其中所述出口管部插入所述耐尿素尼龙管中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的尿素管,其特征在于:所述单向节流阀也插入在所述耐尿素尼龙管中且位于所述出口管部的下游。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的尿素管,其特征在于:所述导热层包括锡箔纸。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的尿素管,其特征在于:所述尿素管还包括包裹在所述入口管部、所述出口管部以及至少部分所述旁通管组件的外围的注塑件。
  6. 一种尿素喷射系统,其包括用以从尿素箱中抽取尿素溶液的尿素泵总成以及用以向发动机的尾气中喷射尿素的尿素喷嘴,其特征在于:所述尿素喷射系统还包括如权利要求1至5项中任意一项所述的尿素管,其中所述快接插头与所述尿素泵总成相连通,所述旁通管组件与所述尿素箱相连通,所述尿素出口接头与所述尿素喷嘴相连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的尿素喷射系统,其特征在于:所述尿素泵总成包括能够正向以及反向运转的齿轮泵。
  8. 一种如权利要求7所述的尿素喷射系统的控制方法,其包括如下步骤:
    S1,当所述尿素泵总成开始工作时,打开所述尿素喷嘴;当系统压力达到设置值时,关闭所述尿素喷嘴;当从所述尿素泵总成出来的尿素压力达到所述单向节流阀的开启压力时,开启所述单向节流阀以将至少部分尿素回流到所述尿素箱中;
    S2,当所述尿素泵总成正常工作时,从所述齿轮泵出来的尿素一部分从所述尿素喷嘴喷出,多余的尿素从所述旁通管组件流回所述尿素箱;
    S3,当所述齿轮泵反转回抽时,打开所述尿素喷嘴,所述旁通管组件中的尿素经所述单向节流阀反向截止,尿素压力管中的尿素经所述齿轮泵回流进所述尿素箱。
