また、請求項2の発明は、先端近傍の外周部に凹部を有する内針と、前記内針に対して長さ方向摺動自在に外嵌する円筒状の外針と、前記内針の基端部を保持する内針保持部材と、前記外針の基端部を保持する外針保持部材と、前記内針保持部材及び前記外針保持部材を進退自在に収容する筐体と、前記内針保持部材及び前記外針保持部材を後退操作する後退操作手段と、後退操作された前記内針保持部材を所定の発射待機位置で係止する内針係止手段と、後退操作された前記外針保持部材を所定の発射待機位置で係止する外針係止手段と、前記内針係止手段及び前記外針係止手段を順次係止解除する係止解除操作手段と、前記内針保持部材の後退操作に応じて蓄勢され、前記内針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記内針を前進方向に発射させる内針発射バネと、前記外針保持部材の後退操作に応じて蓄勢され、前記外針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記外針を前進方向に発射させる外針発射バネと、を備え、前記内針の発射後に前記凹部に入り込んだ生体組織を前記外針の発射により切断採取する生検針装置であって、前記内針は、中空部を有する円筒針であり、前記内針保持部材は、前記内針の中空部を介して前記凹部と連通するシリンダと、前記シリンダに進退自在に内装されるピストンと、前記ピストンを前記シリンダに対して後退方向に付勢可能なピストン後退バネと、前記ピストンを所定の後退待機位置で係止するピストン係止手段と、を備え、前記筐体は、前記内針保持部材の後退操作時に前記ピストンの後退を制限し、該ピストンを前記シリンダに対して相対的に前進させつつ前記ピストン後退バネを蓄勢させるピストンストッパを備え、前記係止解除操作手段は、前記内針係止手段、前記ピストン係止手段及び前記外針係止手段を順次係止解除することが可能であり、前記内針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じた前記内針の発射後、前記ピストン係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記ピストン後退バネが前記ピストンを後退させることにより、前記内針の凹部に負圧を発生させて該凹部内に生体組織を吸引し、その後、前記外針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記外針を発射させて前記凹部に入り込んだ生体組織を切断採取することを特徴とする。
請求項3の発明は、前記筐体の外部から前記シリンダの内部を目視可能にする体液採取確認窓を備えることを特徴とする。
また、請求項2の発明によれば、請求項1と同様な効果が得られる。しかも、内針保持部材の後退操作時にピストンの後退を制限し、該ピストンをシリンダに対して相対的に前進させつつピストン後退バネを蓄勢させるピストンストッパを備えるので、内針保持部材の後退操作に応じたピストンの移動やピストン後退バネの蓄勢を簡単な構成で実現することができる。
また、請求項3の発明によれば、筐体の外部から体液採取確認窓を介して体液の採取状況を確認することが可能になる。

Claims (3)
- 先端近傍の外周部に凹部を有する内針と、
前記内針に対して長さ方向摺動自在に外嵌する円筒状の外針と、
前記内針の基端部を保持する内針保持部材と、
前記外針の基端部を保持する外針保持部材と、
前記内針保持部材及び前記外針保持部材を進退自在に収容する筐体と、
前記内針保持部材及び前記外針保持部材を後退操作する後退操作手段と、
後退操作された前記内針保持部材を所定の発射待機位置で係止する内針係止手段と、
後退操作された前記外針保持部材を所定の発射待機位置で係止する外針係止手段と、
前記内針係止手段及び前記外針係止手段を順次係止解除する係止解除操作手段と、
前記内針保持部材の後退操作に応じて蓄勢され、前記内針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記内針を前進方向に発射させる内針発射バネと、
前記外針保持部材の後退操作に応じて蓄勢され、前記外針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記外針を前進方向に発射させる外針発射バネと、を備え、
前記内針の発射後に前記凹部に入り込んだ生体組織を前記外針の発射により切断採取する生検針装置であって、
前記内針は、中空部を有する円筒針であり、
前記内針保持部材は、
前記内針の中空部を介して前記凹部と連通するシリンダと、
前記シリンダに進退自在に内装されるピストンと、
前記ピストンを所定の後退待機位置で係止するピストン係止手段と、
前記内針保持部材の後退操作に応じて蓄勢され、前記ピストン係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記ピストンを前記シリンダに対して後退させるピストン後退バネと、を備え、
前記係止解除操作手段は、
前記内針係止手段、前記ピストン係止手段及び前記外針係止手段を順次係止解除することが可能であり、
前記内針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じた前記内針の発射後、前記ピストン係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記ピストン後退バネが前記ピストンを後退させることにより、前記内針の凹部に負圧を発生させて該凹部内に生体組織を吸引し、その後、前記外針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記外針を発射させて前記凹部に入り込んだ生体組織を切断採取することを特徴とする生検針装置。 - 先端近傍の外周部に凹部を有する内針と、
前記内針に対して長さ方向摺動自在に外嵌する円筒状の外針と、
前記内針の基端部を保持する内針保持部材と、
前記外針の基端部を保持する外針保持部材と、
前記内針保持部材及び前記外針保持部材を進退自在に収容する筐体と、
前記内針保持部材及び前記外針保持部材を後退操作する後退操作手段と、
後退操作された前記内針保持部材を所定の発射待機位置で係止する内針係止手段と、
後退操作された前記外針保持部材を所定の発射待機位置で係止する外針係止手段と、
前記内針係止手段及び前記外針係止手段を順次係止解除する係止解除操作手段と、
前記内針保持部材の後退操作に応じて蓄勢され、前記内針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記内針を前進方向に発射させる内針発射バネと、
前記外針保持部材の後退操作に応じて蓄勢され、前記外針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記外針を前進方向に発射させる外針発射バネと、を備え、
前記内針の発射後に前記凹部に入り込んだ生体組織を前記外針の発射により切断採取する生検針装置であって、
前記内針は、中空部を有する円筒針であり、
前記内針保持部材は、
前記内針の中空部を介して前記凹部と連通するシリンダと、
前記シリンダに進退自在に内装されるピストンと、
前記ピストンを前記シリンダに対して後退方向に付勢可能なピストン後退バネと、
前記ピストンを所定の後退待機位置で係止するピストン係止手段と、を備え、
前記筐体は、前記内針保持部材の後退操作時に前記ピストンの後退を制限し、該ピストンを前記シリンダに対して相対的に前進させつつ前記ピストン後退バネを蓄勢させるピストンストッパを備え、
前記係止解除操作手段は、
前記内針係止手段、前記ピストン係止手段及び前記外針係止手段を順次係止解除することが可能であり、
前記内針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じた前記内針の発射後、前記ピストン係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記ピストン後退バネが前記ピストンを後退させることにより、前記内針の凹部に負圧を発生させて該凹部内に生体組織を吸引し、その後、前記外針係止手段の係止解除操作に応じて前記外針を発射させて前記凹部に入り込んだ生体組織を切断採取することを特徴とする生検針装置。 - 前記筐体の外部から前記シリンダの内部を目視可能にする体液採取確認窓を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の生検針装置。
