背景技术
随着通信技术的迅速发展,家庭网关设备的数量越来越庞大。家庭网关设备是位于家庭内部的一个网络设备,它的作用是使家庭中的多种网络设备都能得到因特网的服务,或者使这些网络设备相互之间实现通信。当家庭网关设备发生故障后,如果不能及时消除故障,将会导致家庭中的网络设备不能正常连接网络。因此,当家庭网关设备发生故障后,有必要对家庭网关设备的故障进行及时诊断,以保证家庭中的网络设备正常运行。
现有技术中,在对家庭网关设备的故障进行诊断时,一般采用两种方法,第一种方法为:当用户发现家庭网关出现故障后,由用户联系运营商,运营商控制NMS(Network Management Syetem,网络管理系统)对家庭网关设备的故障发起远程诊断命令,并获得家庭网关设备返回的故障诊断结果后,将故障诊断结果反馈给用户;第二种方法为:由用户联系运营商,由运营商安排相关人员对家庭网关设备的故障进行人工诊断。
针对上述第一种对家庭网关设备的故障进行诊断的方法,由于家庭网关设备发生故障时,需要由用户联系运营商来触发故障诊断,对运营商的 依赖性比较大的同时,不能及时对故障进行诊断,诊断家庭网关设备故障的效率较低。针对上述第二种对家庭网关设备的故障进行诊断的方法,如果是由运营商安排相关人员对家庭网关设备进行人工诊断的话,由于家庭网关数量庞大,除了很难满足家庭网络的维护和管理要求,无法对家庭网关设备作出准确及时的诊断导致诊断家庭网关设备故障的效率较低外,还需要由专门的技术人员进行上门服务来诊断家庭网关设备,浪费人力资源的同时,使得用户维护家庭网关设备的费用也较高。

再者,当终端未成功与局域网内的家庭网关设备进行无线连接时,终端可以通过向NMS发送诊断请求,由NMS将诊断请求转发给家庭网关设备后触发家庭网关设备对故障进行诊断,并获得故障诊断结果后,向NMS返回故障诊断结果,由NMS将故障诊断结果返回给终端,使得即使终端无法与家庭网关设备进行无线连接时,终端用户也能不依赖人力资源而获得家庭网关设备的故障情况,节省了运维家庭网关设备的人力资源,降低用户使用家庭网关设备的成本的同时,提高了诊断家庭网关设备的效率。
实施例二
结合上述实施例一的内容,本发明实施例提供了一种故障诊断的方法。参见图3,本发明实施例提供的方法流程包括:
301:终端与局域网内的家庭网关设备进行无线连接。
针对该步骤,当家庭网关设备发生故障时,本发明实施例提供的方法支持由与家庭网关设备位于同一局域网内的终端触发家庭网关设备进行故障诊断,而终端为了触发家庭网关设备进行故障诊断,需要与局域网内的 家庭网关设备进行无线连接,并在成功连接后,触发后续的故障诊断流程。关于终端与局域网内的家庭网关设备进行无线连接的方式,本发明实施例不作具体限定,具体实施时,包括但不限于终端以WIFI(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)的方式与家庭网关设备进行无线连接。
具体地,当终端与家庭网关设备利用WIFI进行无线连接时,可以由终端首先向家庭网关设备发送连接请求,该连接请求中携带终端与家庭网关设备进行无线连接的用户名和密码,家庭网关设备接收该连接请求后,解析该连接请求,得到该连接请求中携带的用户名和密码后,通过将解析出的用户和密码与其存储结构中已经配置的用户名和密码进行比对,如果两者均一致,则判断可以与该终端进行WIFI连接,并通过向该终端发送WIFI信号来实现与该终端进行通信;如果用户名和密码中有一个不一致,则确定不能与该终端进行WIFI连接。当然,终端与家庭网关设备还可以使用其他方式进行WIFI连接,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
需要说明的是,在图3及后续的附图中,当终端与局域网内的家庭网关设备进行无线连接时,终端与家庭网关设备之间如果是实线,表示终端可以成功与家庭网关设备可以进行无线连接,如果是虚线,表示终端与家庭网关设备不能成功进行无线连接。
302:如果终端成功与家庭网关设备进行无线连接,则向家庭网关设备发送诊断请求。
针对该步骤,终端在成功与家庭网关设备进行无线连接后,通过向家庭网关设备发送诊断请求来触发家庭网关设备进行故障诊断。关于终端向家庭网关设备发送诊断请求的方式,可以有很多种,本发明实施例不作具体限定。
具体地,可以在终端上安装一个App(Application,应用),该App专门用于获得家庭网关设备的故障情况。当终端利用该App获得家庭网关设备的故障情况时,终端向家庭网关设备发送诊断请求的方式包括但不限于:启动该App后,弹出一个服务选项列表,该列表中包括“触发诊断”的选项,终端通过检测“触发诊断”的选项被选中的方式来向家庭网关设备发送诊断请求。
303:家庭网关设备接收终端发送的诊断请求,并根据终端发送的诊断请求进行故障诊断,得到故障诊断结果。
针对该步骤,当家庭网关设备接收终端发送的诊断请求后,根据该诊断请求进行故障诊断,得到故障诊断结果。本发明实施例不对家庭网关设备接收终端发送的诊断请求的方式进行限定。另外,关于家庭网关设备根据终端发送的诊断请求进行故障诊断及得到故障诊断结果的方式,本发明实施例同样不作具体限定。例如,家庭网关设备接收诊断请求后,通过检测其内部的全部硬件部件或软件配置参数来进行故障诊断,并获得发生故障的部件或参数的故障诊断结果。
优选地,家庭网关设备接收到诊断请求之后,还包括:对发送该诊断请求的终端进行鉴权。在鉴权通过后,再执行根据诊断请求进行故障诊断的步骤。家庭网关设备对发送该诊断请求的终端进行鉴权的方式,可以有很多种,例如,家庭网关设备可以向终端发送验证码来对终端进行鉴权;家庭网关设备也可以要求终端提供终端的身份识别标识,家庭网关设备根据该身份识别标识来对终端进行鉴权。当然,家庭网关设备还可以采用其他方式对发送该诊断请求的终端进行鉴权,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
304:家庭网关设备将故障诊断结果返回给终端。
针对该步骤,为了使终端对应的用户获知该家庭网关设备的故障诊断结果,家庭网关设备根据终端发送的诊断请求进行故障诊断获得故障诊断结果后,家庭网关设备将故障诊断结果返回给终端,使该终端对应的用户通过该故障诊断结果即可获知家庭网关设备的故障情况。关于家庭网关设备将故障诊断结果返回给终端的方式,本发明实施例不作具体限定。

针对该步骤,家庭网关设备将故障诊断结果返回给终端后,终端接收家庭网关设备返回的故障诊断结果,以明确家庭网关设备的故障情况。关于终端接收家庭网关设备返回的故障诊断结果的方式,本发明实施例不作具体限定。

306:终端与NMS进行远程连接,并在成功与NMS进行远程连接后,将故障诊断结果转发给NMS。
该步骤为优选步骤,在家庭网关设备的维护管理中,家庭网关设备的运营商对家庭网关设备的故障采集和分析工作对于运营商后续对家庭网关设备的优化和改进很重要。因此,为了使运营商获得家庭网关设备的故障情况,终端接收家庭网关设备返回的故障诊断结果后,可以与NMS进行远程连接,并在成功与NMS进行远程连接后,将故障诊断结果转发给NMS。此时,运营商通过NMS即可获知家庭网关设备的故障情况。终端与NMS进行远程连接的方式,包括但不限于通过3G(3rd-generation,第三代移动通信技术)或4G(3th-generation,第四代移动通信技术)网络进行远程连接。关于终端在成功与NMS进行远程连接后,将故障诊断结果转发给NMS的方式,本发明实施例不作具体限定。

402:终端如果未成功与家庭网关设备进行无线连接,则与NMS进行远程连接,并在成功与NMS进行远程连接后,向NMS发送诊断请求。
针对该步骤,当家庭网关设备发生故障时,有可能无法与终端进行无线连接。此时,如果终端未成功与家庭网关设备进行无线连接,为了能够 获知家庭网关设备的故障情况,可以借助于运营商的NMS来实现。具体操作时,终端可与NMS进行远程连接,并在成功与NMS进行远程连接后,向NMS发送诊断请求来触发NMS与家庭网关设备进行交互获得故障情况。终端与NMS进行远程连接的方式可参见实施例二中步骤306中终端与NMS进行远程连接的方式,在此不再赘述。
关于终端向NMS发送诊断请求的方式,本发明实施例同样不作具体限定。例如,终端可以切换至3G/4G连网模式,启动其上安装的App,在App中选择与NMS进行远程连接,并在选择与NMS远程连接时,触发向NMS发送诊断请求。
另外,终端在向NMS发送诊断请求时,可以在诊断请求中携带家庭网关设备的标识,以使NMS可以确定对哪个家庭网关设备发起诊断请求。
403:NMS将诊断请求转发给家庭网关设备。
针对该步骤,为了触发家庭网关设备对故障进行诊断,NMS需要将诊断请求转发给家庭网关设备。关于NMS将诊断请求转发给家庭网关设备的方式,本发明实施例不作具体限定,其原理同实施例二步骤302中终端向家庭网关设备发送诊断请求的方式一样,具体可参见实施例二步骤302的内容,在此不再赘述。
404:家庭网关设备接收诊断请求,根据诊断请求进行故障诊断,得到故障诊断结果,并向NMS返回故障诊断结果。

优选地,由于不同的运营商管理不同的家庭网关设备,因此,家庭网关设备接收到NMS转发的诊断请求之后,还包括:对转发该诊断请求的NMS进行鉴权。在鉴权通过后,再执行根据诊断请求进行故障诊断的步骤。家庭网关设备对转发该诊断请求的NMS进行鉴权的方式,可以有很多种。例如,家庭网关设备可以向转发该诊断请求的NMS发送验证码来对NMS 进行鉴权;家庭网关设备也可以要求NMS提供NMS的身份识别标识,家庭网关设备根据该身份识别标识来对NMS进行鉴权。当然,家庭网关设备还可以采用其他方式对转发该诊断请求的NMS进行鉴权,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。

  1. 一种故障诊断的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    与局域网内的家庭网关设备进行无线连接;
    如果成功与所述家庭网关设备进行无线连接,则向所述家庭网关设备发送诊断请求,以便所述家庭网关设备根据所述诊断请求进行故障诊断;
    接收所述家庭网关设备返回的故障诊断结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与局域网内的家庭网关设备进行无线连接之后,还包括:
    如果未成功与所述家庭网关设备进行无线连接,则与网络管理系统NMS进行远程连接,并在成功与所述NMS进行远程连接后,向所述NMS发送诊断请求,以便所述NMS将所述诊断请求转发给所述家庭网关设备,由所述家庭网关设备进行故障诊断,并接收所述家庭网关设备发送的故障诊断结果;
    接收所述NMS转发的所述故障诊断结果。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述家庭网关设备返回的故障诊断结果之后,还包括:
    与网络管理系统NMS进行远程连接,并在成功与所述NMS进行远程连接后,将所述故障诊断结果转发给所述NMS。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述故障诊断结果包括网络配置信息,所述方法还包括:
    接收网络管理系统NMS对所述网络配置信息进行校验后返回的校验配置信息;
    将所述校验配置信息转发给所述家庭网关设备,并接收所述家庭网关设备根据所述校验配置信息进行网络测试后返回的网络测试结果。
  5. 一种故障诊断的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    与局域网内的终端进行无线连接,并在成功与所述终端进行无线连接 后,接收所述终端发送的诊断请求;
    根据所述终端发送的诊断请求进行故障诊断;
    将故障诊断结果返回给所述终端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述与局域网内的终端进行无线连接之后,还包括:
    在未成功与所述终端进行无线连接时,接收网络管理系统NMS转发的诊断请求,所述诊断请求由所述终端发送给所述NMS;
    根据所述NMS转发的诊断请求进行故障诊断,并将故障诊断结果发送给所述NMS,由所述NMS将所述故障诊断结果转发给所述终端。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述故障诊断结果中包括网络配置信息,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端转发的校验配置信息,并根据所述校验配置信息进行网络测试后,向所述终端返回网络测试结果;
    其中,所述校验配置信息是由网络管理系统NMS对所述网络配置信息进行校验后返回给所述终端的。
  8. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,接收到诊断请求之后,还包括:
    对发送所述诊断请求的设备进行鉴权,并在鉴权通过后,执行根据所述诊断请求进行故障诊断的步骤。
  9. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括:
    第一连接模块,用于与局域网内的家庭网关设备进行无线连接;
    第一发送模块,用于当成功与所述家庭网关设备进行无线连接时,向所述家庭网关设备发送诊断请求,以便所述家庭网关设备根据所述诊断请求进行故障诊断;

    第二连接模块,用于当未成功与所述家庭网关设备进行无线连接时,与网络管理系统NMS进行远程连接;
    第二发送模块,用于在成功与所述NMS进行远程连接后,向所述NMS发送诊断请求,以便所述NMS将所述诊断请求转发给所述家庭网关设备,由所述家庭网关设备进行故障诊断,并接收所述家庭网关设备发送的故障诊断结果;
    第二接收模块,用于接收所述NMS转发的所述故障诊断结果。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端,还包括:
    第三连接模块,用于与网络管理系统NMS进行远程连接;
    第一转发模块,用于在成功与所述NMS进行远程连接后,将所述故障诊断结果转发给所述NMS。
  12. 根据权利要求9至11中任一权利要求所述的终端,其特征在于,所述故障诊断结果包括网络配置信息,所述终端,还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收网络管理系统NMS对所述网络配置信息进行校验后返回的校验配置信息;
    第二转发模块,用于将所述校验配置信息转发给所述家庭网关设备;
    第四接收模块,用于接收所述家庭网关设备根据所述校验配置信息进行网络测试后返回的网络测试结果。
  13. 一种家庭网关设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括:
    第一连接模块,用于与局域网内的终端进行无线连接;
    第一接收模块,用于在成功与所述终端进行无线连接后,接收所述终端发送的诊断请求;
    诊断模块,用于根据所述终端发送的诊断请求进行故障诊断;
    第一返回模块,用于将故障诊断结果返回给所述终端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备,还包括:
    第二接收模块,用于在未成功与所述终端进行无线连接时,接收网络管理系统NMS转发的诊断请求,所述诊断请求由所述终端发送给所述 NMS;
    所述诊断模块,还用于根据所述NMS转发的诊断请求进行故障诊断;
    第一发送模块,用于将故障诊断结果发送给所述NMS,由所述NMS将所述故障诊断结果转发给所述终端。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的设备,其特征在于,所述故障诊断结果包括网络配置信息,所述设备,还包括:
    第三接收模块,用于接收所述终端转发的所述校验配置信息;
    第二返回模块,用于根据所述校验配置信息进行网络测试后,向所述终端返回网络测试结果;
    其中,所述校验配置信息是由网络管理系统NMS对所述网络配置信息进行校验后返回给所述终端的。
  16. 根据权利要求13或14所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备,还包括:
    鉴权模块,用于对发送所述诊断请求的设备进行鉴权;
    所述诊断模块,还用于在鉴权通过后,执行根据所述诊断请求进行故障诊断的步骤。
  17. 一种故障诊断的系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:终端和家庭网关设备;
    所述终端如所述权利要求9至12中任一权利要求所述的终端;
    所述家庭网关设备如所述权利要求13至16中任一权利要求所述的设备。
