Description
本实用新型涉及一种锁具,本锁具可以应用在各类包体锁、箱体锁、机柜锁、门锁等,例如手提包、文具盒等等可以实现锁具开启和锁住的产品上。
目前,市场上常见的锁具结构多种多样比较复杂,零部件多、成本高。
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种锁具,实现低成本,生产方便,可靠性好的产品;即将弹子和滑块装配在带有插销的锁体壳内,在有效的特定的空间之中使滑块推动弹子让弹子占有插销孔内的空间,
并利用弹子本身的可滚动特性和特定的占空比特性来实现锁住和开锁的功能。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种锁具,其特征在于:包括锁体壳1、弹子2、滑块3,插销4,弹子2、滑块3装配在锁体壳1内;锁体壳1内设有第一槽11、第二槽12,滑块3可在第一槽11内上下轴向移动;弹子2可在第二槽12内横向左右滚动;插销4可以插入和拔出锁体壳1,插销4上有与弹子配合的孔41;滑块3有第一端面31,第二端面32,滑块3向上移动至第一槽11顶端时,第二端面32与弹子2相抵;滑块3向下移动至第一槽11的底端时,第一端面31与弹子2相抵;滑块3可以推动弹子2在第二槽12里向右滚动;弹子2向右滚动时其左半边部分保留在第二槽12内部而右半部份滚入孔41内,形成弹子2对插销4的限位作用,呈锁住状态;弹子2向左滚动时将占用孔41的空间释放,弹子2不再对插销4限位,呈开锁状态。
所述锁体壳1上的第二槽12可以是呈倾斜结构,以利于弹子2靠自身重力向左滚动。
所述第一端面31呈倾斜结构或者弧面结构,以利于在滑块3在向上移动时与弹子2配合。
由于采用了上述结构,从而提高了锁具的安全性、可靠性,且结构简单、精致小巧,适合大范围的推广和应用。
图1为滑块3向上移动至第一槽11顶端,将弹子2向右推动,锁住插销状态剖面示意图;
图2为滑块3向下移动至第一槽11底端,弹子2向左滚动,开锁状态剖面示意图;
锁体壳-1、弹子-2、滑块-3、第一槽-11、第二槽-12、第一端面-31、第二端面-32、插销-4、孔-41。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
一种锁具,其特征在于:包括锁体壳1、弹子2、滑块3、插销4;弹子2、滑块3装配在锁体壳1内;锁体壳1内设有第一槽11、第二槽12,滑块3可在第一槽11内上下轴向移动;插销4可以插入和拔出锁体壳1,插销4上有与弹子配合的孔41;弹子2可在第二槽12内横向左右滚动;滑块3有第一端面31,第二端面32,滑块3向上移动至第一槽11顶端时,第二端面32与弹子2相抵;滑块3向下移动至第一槽11的底端时,第一端面31与弹子2相抵;滑块3可以推动弹子2在第二槽12里向右滚动;弹子2向右滚动时其左半边部分保留在第二槽12内部而右半部份滚入孔41内,形成弹子2对插销4的限位作用。
如图1所示,为滑块3向上移动至第一槽11顶端,将弹子2向右推动,锁住插销4状态剖面示意图;当滑块3向上移动时,第一端面31与弹子2相抵并推动弹子2向右移动,此时第二端面32与弹子2相抵,实现滑块3对弹子2的限位作用;弹子2的左半边部分在第二槽12内而右半边部分深入孔41并将插入锁体壳1的插销4锁住,使插销4无法拔出锁体壳1,形成锁住状态。
如图2所示,为滑块3向下移动至第一槽11底端,弹子2向左滚动,开锁状态剖面示意图;当滑块3向下移动时,第二端面32不再与弹子2相抵,滑块3对弹子2的阻力消失,此时,外界对插销4施加向上的拉力,插销4向上运动时对弹子2产生推力;同时,由于弹子2所处的第二槽12为斜面槽,且弹子2为可以滚动的球体,所以弹子2受自身重力和插销4向上运动时产生的推力向左下方滚动,并与第一端面31相抵,将占用孔41的空间让出来,此时,弹子2不再对插销4限位,插销4可以顺利拔出锁体壳1,达到开锁的目的。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些变形和改进都属于本实用新型的保护范围;因此,凡跟本实用新型权利要求范围所作的等同变换与修饰,均应落在本实用新型权利要求的保护范围之内。

- 1. 一种锁具,其特征在于:包括锁体壳(1)、弹子(2)、滑块(3),插销(4),弹子(2)、滑块(3)装配在锁体壳(1)内;锁体壳(1)内设有第一槽(11)、第二槽(12),滑块(3)可在第一槽(11)内上下轴向移动;弹子(2)可在第二槽(12)内横向左右滚动;插销(4)可以插入和拔出锁体壳(1),插销(4)上有与弹子配合的孔(41);滑块(3)有第一端面(31),第二端面(32),滑块(3)向上移动至第一槽(11)顶端时,第二端面(32)与弹子(2)相抵;滑块(3)向下移动至第一槽(11)的底端时,第一端面(31)与弹子(2)相抵;滑块(3)可以推动弹子(2)在第二槽(12)里向右滚动;弹子(2)向右滚动时其左半边部分保留在第二槽(12)内部而右半部份滚入孔(41)内,形成弹子(2)对插销(4)的限位作用,呈锁住状态;弹子(2)向左滚动时将占用孔(41)的空间释放,弹子(2)不再对插销(4)限位,呈开锁状态。2. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁具,其特征在于所述锁体壳(1)上的第二槽(12)呈倾斜结构,以利于弹子(2)靠自身重力向左滚动。3. 如权利要求1所述的一种锁具,其特征在于所述第一端面(31)呈倾斜结构或者弧面结构,以利于在滑块(3)在向上移动时与弹子(2)配合。
