发明内容
综上所述, 本实用新型的主要目的是为牙科手机提供照明光源, 并且无需外接电源,由自身内产生照明所需的电源的一种管路中的气 流发电机及应用该发电机的牙科手机。
为实现本用新型的目的而采用的技术方案为:一种管路中的气流 发电机, 包括叶轮、 叶轮壳体及发电机本体; 所述的叶轮壳体为一圆 筒体, 叶轮设于叶轮壳体内, 发电机本体设于叶轮壳体的其中一端, 发电机本体的转子与叶轮同轴固定连接;所述的叶轮壳体侧壁上至少 设有一个引导气流进入叶轮壳体内使叶轮旋转动力的进气孔;在所述 的叶轮壳体的另一端上设有排气孔。
电机本体包括: 转子、 转子壳体、 定子绕组及定子壳体; 所述的 转子壳体为一端敞口, 另一端封闭的圆筒体, 所述的转子为永磁铁, 设于转子壳体内, 其中转子壳体敞口的一端与叶轮壳体连接, 封闭的 一端内部与转子通过轴活动连接;所述的定子绕组套设于转子壳体的 外部, 定子壳体设于定绕组外, 定子壳体的一端与叶轮壳体其中一端 通过连接。
所述的定子壳体的外部直径小于叶轮壳体外部直径;所述的叶轮 壳体侧壁上设有从连接定子壳体的一端开始到进气孔位置结束,且从 大到小的螺旋导流凹槽。
所述的叶轮为圆椎形的涡轮结构,在叶轮壳体内还设有一个与叶 轮间隙配合的叶轮壳体支架, 排气孔设于叶轮壳体支架上, 叶轮壳体 支架上还设有与进气孔对应的通孔。
在叶轮壳体 1 的腔体开口处还设有一个用于紧固叶轮壳体支架 的紧固圈, 紧固圈与叶轮壳体螺紋连接。
所述的紧固圈部分设于叶轮壳体外,在设于叶轮壳体外的外壁上 设有一圈凹槽, 在凹槽中设有密封圈。
所述的转子和叶轮共同固定连接的轴两端分别设有一个轴承与 转子壳体和叶轮壳体支架连接。
所述的定子壳体中还设有一个用于固定在定子绕组的固定支架, 固定支架上设有与定子壳体配合定位缺口。
所述的定子绕组包括: 线架、 线圈及硅钢片, 所述的线圈缠绕于 线架上, 硅钢片为环形片状套于线架外。
一种应用气流发电机的牙科手机,包括:机头、手柄及手机接头, 所述的手柄的尾端与手机接头为紧固螺帽结构联接,所述的手柄为空 心管,其内部设有使机头内的涡轮旋转的主动力气流管和产生雾化水 的支气流管, 所述的手机接头包括有主动力气流管接头、支气流管接 头及排气孔,在所述的手柄内的主动力气流管串联有一个与叶轮壳体 紧密配合联接的套管, 所述的气流发电机设于套管中, 在所述的手柄 前端上设有 LED灯, LED灯通过导线与气流发电机电压输出端连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为: 一种管路中的气流发电机, 可以利用 管路中的气流带动叶轮旋转,使发电机本体发电,特别是可以为 LED 灯提供电能, 手柄内增设了该气流发电机的牙科手机, 通过使机头内 的涡轮旋转的气流推动该气流发电机的叶轮旋转,从而使发电机本体 发电, 为设于手柄前端照明的 LED灯提供电源, 解决外接电源的不 便, 成本低。 另外, 口腔是人体非常敏感部位, 避免连接外部电源时 漏电或静电对人体产生的不适。

参照图 2、 图 3、 图 4及图 5中所示, 电机本体 2主要由转子 21、 转子壳体 22、定子绕组 23、定子壳体 24及用于固定定子绕组的固定 支架 26。
转子 21为永磁铁材料的圆柱体结构, 其一端与叶轮 3连接, 转 子 21与叶轮 3的中心均固定在轴 211上。
转子壳体 22与叶轮壳体 1为一体结构,转子壳体 22为一端敞口, 另一端封闭的圆筒体, 其中转子壳体 22敞口的一端与叶轮壳体 1连 接, 转子壳体 22的内腔与叶轮壳体 1的内腔相通, 装配时, 转子 21 从叶轮壳体 22的内腔中插入到转子壳体 22内, 在转子壳体 22封闭 的一端内部通过轴承 2111与轴 211活动连接,转子 21置于转子壳体 22中, 与转子壳体 22间隙配合连接。
定子绕组 23是由线架 231、 缠绕于线架 231上的线圈 232及套 于线架 231外部的环形片状的硅钢片 233组成。 定子绕组 23套于转 子壳体 22的外部, 定子壳体 24的内部, 而定子壳体 24的一端再与 叶轮壳体 1其中一端紧配合连接, 叶轮壳体 1、 转子壳体 22及定子 壳体 24将定子绕组 23与叶轮 3和转子 21完全隔离。 在定子壳体 24 内部还设有一个用于固定定子绕组 23 的固定支架 26, 固定支架 26 上设有与定子壳体 24配合定位缺口 261。 电压输出端设于定子壳体 24外, 通过导线与线圈 232连接。 固定支架 26的作用是在定子壳体 24与叶轮壳体 1装配时, 保证定子绕组 23与定子壳体 24不会发生 相对旋转, 避免线圈 232的损坏。
定子壳体 24的外部直径小于叶轮壳体 1外部直径; 在叶轮壳体 1外部侧壁上设有从连接定子壳体 24的一端开始到进气孔 11位置结 束, 且从大到小的螺旋导流凹槽 12。 在使用过程中, 气流延着定子 壳体 24的外壁从螺旋导流凹槽 12中行成旋风进入叶轮壳体 1内推动 叶轮 3的旋转。
叶轮 3为圆椎形的涡轮结构,在叶轮壳体 1内还设有一个与叶轮
3间隙配合的叶轮壳体支架 4, 进入叶轮壳体 1 内的气流通过设在叶 轮壳体支架 4上的排气孔 41排出, 在叶轮壳体支架 4上还设有与进 气孔 11对应的通孔 42, 为了使通孔 42与排气孔 41在使用时不会错 位, 在叶轮壳体支架 4上设有与叶轮壳体 1配合的定位卡口 43。 在 叶轮壳体支架 4中心还有一个轴承 31与轴 211的设于叶轮 3的一端 活动连接。在叶轮壳体 1的腔体开口处还设有一个用于紧固叶轮壳体 支架 4的紧固圈 5, 紧固圈 5与叶轮壳体 1内壁间通螺紋连接。 紧固 圈 4部分设于叶轮壳体 1外,在设于叶轮壳体外 1的外壁上设有一圈 凹槽, 在凹槽中设有密封圈 6。
参照图 6、 图 7中所示, 应用了气流发电机的牙科手机, 包括: 机头 71、 手柄 72及手机接头 73, 所述的手柄 72的尾端与手机接头 73为紧固螺帽结构联接, 即是将手机接头 73对手柄 72尾端对接后, 通过一个活动套接于手机接头 73上的螺帽 731与手柄 72尾端螺紋拧 紧联接。所述的手柄 72为空心管, 其内部设有使机头 71内的涡轮旋 转的主动力气流管 81和产生雾化水的支气流管 82。 所述的手机接头 73上包括有主动力气流管接头 732、支气流管接头 733及排气孔 734, 在手柄 72内的主动力气流管 81串联有一个与叶轮壳体紧密配合联接 的套管 721, 所述的气流发电机设于套管 721 中, 在所述的手柄 72 前端上设有 LED灯 74, LED灯 74通过导线 741与气流发电机的电 压输出端连接。

、 一种管路中的气流发电机, 其特征是: 包括叶轮、 叶轮壳体及发电 机本体; 所述的叶轮壳体为一圆筒体, 叶轮设于叶轮壳体内, 发电 机本体设于叶轮壳体的其中一端, 发电机本体的转子与叶轮同轴固 定连接; 所述的叶轮壳体侧壁上至少设有一个引导气流进入叶轮壳 体内使叶轮旋转动力的进气孔; 在所述的叶轮壳体的另一端上设有 、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种管路中的气流发电机, 其特征是: 电机 本体包括: 转子、 转子壳体、 定子绕组及定子壳体; 所述的转子壳 体为一端敞口, 另一端封闭的圆筒体, 所述的转子为永磁铁, 设于 转子壳体内, 其中转子壳体敞口的一端与叶轮壳体连接, 封闭的一 端内部与转子通过轴活动连接; 所述的定子绕组套设于转子壳体的 外部, 定子壳体设于定绕组外, 定子壳体的一端与叶轮壳体其中一 端通过螺紋连接。

、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种管路中的气流发电机, 其特征是: 所述 的定子绕组包括: 线架、线圈及硅钢片,所述的线圈缠绕于线架上, 硅钢片为环形片状套于线架外。
0、 一种应用权利要求 1至 9中任意一项所述气流发电机的牙科手机, 包括: 机头、 手柄及手机接头, 所述的手柄的尾端与手机接头为紧 固螺帽结构联接, 所述的手柄为空心管, 其内部设有使机头内的涡 轮旋转的主动力气流管和产生雾化水的支气流管, 所述的手机接头 包括有主动力气流管接头、 支气流管接头及排气孔, 其特征是: 在 所述的手柄内的主动力气流管串联有一个与叶轮壳体紧密配合联 接的套管, 所述的气流发电机设于套管中, 在所述的手柄前端上设 有 LED灯, LED灯通过导线与气流发电机电压输出端连接。
