Abstract

本発明による拡管用油井管は、坑井内で拡管される。本発明の拡管用油井管は、質量%で、C:0.005~0.03%、Si:0.1~1.0%、Mn:0.2~2.0%、P:0.04%以下、S:0.015%以下、Cr:18.0~27.0%、Ni:4.0~9.0%、Al:0.040%以下、N:0.05~0.40%を含有し、残部はFe及び不純物からなる化学組成と、オーステナイト率が40~90%である組織とを有する2相ステンレス鋼からなる。また、本発明の拡管用油井管は、276MPa~655MPaの降伏強度を有し、20%よりも大きい一様伸びを有する。そのため、本発明の拡管用油井管は、優れた拡管性を有する。
