Abstract

본 발명에 따른 스프링 힌지를 구비한 안경테에 있어서는, 코일 스프링이 템플의 탄성부재 수납부의 선단측과 커버의 접촉면 사이에 압축된 상태로 수납된다. 2부분으로 절곡된 판 스프링이 상기 판 스프링의 2개의 개방 선단중 하나가 상기 탄성부재 수납부의 저면 상의 단차와 맞물린 채 상기 템플의 기저 단부에 더 인접한 일측이 개방되도록 상기 커버의 오목부 내에 수납되어, 상기 커버가 상기 템플의 기저 단부를 향해 활주되어 미끌어져 빠져나가는 것을 방지한다. 정상 사용 위치에서, 상기 커버의 기저 단부측 상의 외측 단부면은 림의 선단면과 접촉된다. 상기 템플이 정상 사용 위치에 넘어 더 전개되면, 상기 커버는 림의 선단면에 의해 눌려, 탄성력에 대항하여 상기 코일 스프링을 압축하면서 템플의 안내부재를 따라 선단을 향해 활주한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 스프링 힌지가 구비된 안경테에 있어서, 상기 힌지는, 템플의 기지 단부와 그것과 연결되는 림의 선단 사이에 간극을 지니면서 상기 템플을 상기 림에 추축으로 연결하는 힌지 본체와, 탄성부재와, 상기 템플의 기저 단부의 외측에 외측 단부면과 연통하여 형성된 개구를 갖고 상기 탄성부재를 수납하며, 상기 개구의 측부가 안내부재로서의 기능을 수행하는 탄성부재 수납부와, 상기 개구를 폐쇄하고, 그것의 측부가 상기 안내부재에 의해 활주가능하게 지지되며, 상기 개구에 대향한 표면 상에 상기 탄성부재를 위한 접촉면을 지녀, 정상 사용 위치에서의 템플 자세에서 기저 단부측 상의 상기 커버의 외측 단부면이 상기 림의 상기 선단과, 접촉하도록 하는 커버와, 상기 커버가 상기 템플의 기저 단부를 향해 미끄러져 빠져나가는 것을 방지하기 위한 멈춤수단을 구비하고, 상기 탄성부재는 상기 탄성부재 수납부 내의 선단측과 상기 커버의 상기 접촉면 사이에서 압축된 상태로 수납되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 스프링 힌지를 구비한 안경테.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멈춤수단은, 상기 탄성부재 수납부의 상기 개구의 저면에 형성되어 더 높은 기저단부측을 제공하는 단차와, 상기 커버의 기저단측에 형성된 오목부와, 2부분으로 절곡되고 2개의 개방 선단을 구비하며, 상기 개방 선단중 하나가 상기 탄성부재 수납부의 상기 단차와 맞물린 채 상기 템플의 기저 단부에 더 인접한 일측이 개방되도록 상기 커버의 상기 오목부 내에 수납되는 판 스프링을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스프링 힌지를 구비한 안경테.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단차와 맞물린 상기 판 스프링의 일단을 외부에서 누르기 위해 삽입되는 판을 수용하기 위한 구멍이 상기 템플의 상기 기저 단부 내의 단차 주위의 저부 위치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 스프링 힌지를 구비한 안경테.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멈춤수단은, 상기 탄성부재 수납부의 상기 개구의 저면 상에 형성된 나사구멍과, 상기 나사구멍에 나사결합되는 나사와, 상기 커버의 상기 기저단측 상에 형성된 상기 나사용 접촉면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는, 스프링 힌지를 구비한 안경테.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 코일 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는, 스프링 힌지를 구비한 안경테.
