Description
Claims (5)
- 빛을 수광하고, 그 수광량에 대응한 전하를 발생하고, 그 전하에 대응하는 황상신호를 출력하는 촬상수단과, 상기 촬상수단을 소정의 클럭에 따라서 구동하는 구동수단과를 가지는 촬상장치이며, 상기 촬상수단에 있어서 발생된 상기전하를 방전하는 방전수단과, 상기 클럭의 주파수를 검출하는 검출수단과, 상기 검출수단에 의해 검출된 상기 클럭의 주파수에 대응하여, 상기 방전수단을 제어하는 제어수단과를 갖추는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촬상수단에 입사하는 광량을 조정하는 조정수단과, 상기 조정수단에 의해 조정가능한 상기 광량의 범위를, 상기 검출수단에 의해 검출된 상기 클럭의 주파수에 대응하여 시프트시키는 시프트수단과를 다시 갖추는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 상기 촬상수단에서 출력되는 상기 화상신호의 휘도가 소정치가 되도록상기 방전수단을 제어하고, 상기 시프트수단은, 상기 조정수단에 의해 조정가능한 상기 광량의 범위를, 그중간점이 상기 소정치에 대응하는 위치에 일치하도록 시프트하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 검출수단은, 소정의 고정기간에 걸쳐서 상기 클럭을 적분하여, 그 적분치를 출력하고, 상기 제어수단은, 상기 적분수단에서 출력되는 상기 적분치에 대응하여, 상기 방전수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상장치.
- 빛을 수광하고, 그 수광량에 대응한 전하를 발생하고, 그 전하에 대응하는 화상신호를 출력하는 촬상수단과, 상기 촬상수단을 소정의 클럭에 따라서 구동하는 구동수단과, 상기 촬상수단에 있어서 발생된 상기 전하를 방전하는 방전수단과를 가지는 촬상장치의 촬상방법이며, 상기 클럭의 주파수를 검출하고, 그 주파수에 대응하여, 상기 방전수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촬상방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
