Abstract

본 발명은 불소 및 HSS 등을 함유하는 폐수처리방법에 관한 것으로서, 원수조에 폐수를 모아, 일정한 농도로 균일화시킨 후, 이에 응집제를 첨가하여 플록을 형성시키고, 그후 상기 플록을 성장시키기 위하여 고분자응집제를 첨가한 후, 플록을 칭감, 분리시키는 폐수처리방법에 있어서, 고분자응집제 첨가시 고분자 응집제와 물을 교반하면서 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 5~60분간 체류시킨 후 슬러지에 첨가함을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 방법으로 폐수를 처리하는 경우 플록을 성장시키는데 사용되는 고분자 응집제의 양이 크게 감소되고 이에 따라 폐수처리 비용도 감소되며, 또한 슬러지의 함수율이 감소되어 폐기물의 양이 감소한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 원수조에 폐수를 모아, 일정한 농도로 균일화시킨 후, 이에 응집제를 첨가하여 플록을 형성시키고 그후 상기 플록을 성장시키기 위하여 고분자응집제를 체류시키지 안혹 첨가한 후, 플록을 침감, 분리시키는 폐수처리방법에 있어서, 고분자응집제 첨가시 고분자응집제와 물을 교반하면서 혼합하고, 그 혼합물을 5~60분간 체류시킨 후 탈수하고자 하는 슬러지 및 폐수처리하고자 하는 응집조에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자응집제는 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리아크릴산 나트륨 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 폐수처리방법.
