Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 부품으로 사용되어 장거리 조정 메카니즘에 있어 케이블의 길이를 자동 조절하기 위한 장치가 암나사(28)와 수나사(28)에 각각 결합 가능하게 형성된 톱니(27,30)의 나사 결합을 통하여 유동 없이 결합 길이의 조절이 가능하도록 하고, 암나사(22)의 틈새(24)로 끼워지는 꺾쇠를 통하여 수나사를 고정할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제4도는 제3도의 선단부인 톱니의 상태를 확대하여 도시한 단면도,
제5도는 제4도의 정면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 자동차의 액셀레이터의 조종 케이블의 길이를 자동적으로 조절하는데 충당되고, 두 요소들을 서로 끼워 맞추고 미리 설정된 한계 위에 있는 본체에 대하여 보충적이고 경사진 톱니 시스템을 통해 두 요소 간의 관계를 맺고, 상대 요소에 관한 요소의 의미 내에서 배수량을 허가하는 형태인 거리 조정 메카니즘의 구조에서 케이블의 길이를 자동적으로 조절하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 암나사(22)는 자동차의 고정된 지점인 금속판(21)과의 결속을 위한 수단(23)을 가지고, 수나사(28)는 경사진 톱니(27,30) 시스템을 정착하면서 거리 조정 메카니즘의 케이블(15)이 움직이는 것을 따라 연결된 덮개(16)의 끝을 보충하여 미리 결정된 본체의 장전 하에서 덮개 전체의 길이를 축소 시키면서 암나사 내부로 수나사의 배수량이 들어 가면서 전체적으로 요소의 유동을 막아 주도록 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 장거리 조정 메카니즘에 있어 케이블의 길이를 자동조절하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수나사(28)의 외주면에 형성된 경사진 톱니를 돕는 위치의 경사진 톱니와 접해 있는 표면에 존재하면서 직각으로 반대가 되는 내부 돌출부가 적어도 두개로 수나사(28)를 끼워 넣도록 암나사(22)의 중앙 구멍의 끝단부에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 장거리 조정 메카니즘에 있어 케이블의 길이를 자동조절하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수나사(28)는 끝부분을 고정시켜 그 안에 끼워 넣을 수 있는 구멍(35)을 가지고, 거리 조정 메카니즘 케이블의 통로를 위한 중앙 구멍을 가지며, 외주면(29)상에 암나사(22)의 내부 돌출부에 형성된 경사진 톱니(27)와 결합되는 톱니(30)를 갖도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장거리 조정 메카니즘에 있어 케이블의 길이를 자동조절하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 암나사(22)가 측면 틈새(24)를가지고, 그 틈새를 통해서 앞서 말한 요소 위에 자리한 독립적인 핀셋의 측면 가지들이 관련성 있는 상대적인 위치에 따라 수나사를 고정시키면서, 수나사(28)의 외주면에 형성된 경사진 톱니(30)들과 함께 기능할 수 있도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 장거리 조정 메카니즘에 있어 케이블의 길이를 자동조절하는 장치.
