Abstract

블럭 공중합체 조성물은 모노알케닐 -아렌과 4 내지 5탄소원자의 공역디엔의 공중합 반응에서 유도되며;-30 내지 55 특히 34 내지 50중량%의 비-결합 선형구조와; -25 내지 40중량% 특히 30 내지 35중량% 결합 선형구조와; -20 내지 40 특히 24 내지 35중량% 측쇄구조로 된다.
이 조성물 제조방법과 접착 테이프 및 라벨 제형의 용도는 잘 알려져 있다.

Claims (19)

  1. 4 내지 5 탄소원자를 가진 공역디엔과 모노알케닐-아렌의 공중합 반응으로 얻고; (a)30내지 55중량%의 선형구조, 비결합 블럭 공중합체. (b)25내지 40중량%의 선형구조, 결합 블럭 공중합체; (c)20내지 40중량%의 측쇄구조 블럭 공중합체로 구성되며 3성분의 전체비율이 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 블럭 공중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서; (a)34내지 55중량%의 선형구조, 비결합 블럭 공중합체. (b)30내지 35중량%의 선형구조, 결합 블럭 공중합체; (c)20내지 35중량%의 측쇄구조 블럭 공중합체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 4내지 5탄소원자를 갖는 공역디엔을 이소프렌과 부타디엔중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 모노알케닐-아렌이 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조성물의 평균 분자량은 100,000 내지 200,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(모노알케닐 아렌) 전체함량은 8내지 40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리(모노알케닐 아렌) 전체함량은 10 내지 25중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. (a)모노알케닐-아렌을 일반식 R-Li의 리튬 유도체와 반응하고 R이 2내지 20탄소원자의 지방족, 고리지방족 라디칼중 선택된 히드로카르바일 라디칼이며; (b)(a)단계 결과 혼합물을 공역디엔과 반응시키며, (c)(b)단계 결과 혼합물을 리튬 기초의 화학량론적 양의 결합제와 반응시키고 , (c)단계 결합제는 알빈식 R′-Br의 모노브로모-유도체 중에서 선택하고 R′는 알킬, 시클로알킬 및 아릴라디칼중 선택한 단일 작용기 C1-C10히드로카바일 라디칼인 것을 특징을 하는 단계로 구성된 블럭 공중합체 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, R′는 C1-C3알칼 라디칼중에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, R′는 에틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, (c)단계의 온도는 70내지 100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  12. 기본 고분자 하나이상의 접착제수지, 또한 하나이상의 항산화제와 유동화제수지 또느 유동화제 오일로 구송되고 기본고분자는 모노알케닐-아렌과 4내지 5탄소원자를 갖는 공역디엔의 공중합 반응으로 유도한 블럭 공중합체 조성물이고 한편 이 조성물은; (a)30내지 55중량%의 선형구조, 비결합 블럭 공중합체; (b)25내지 40중량%의 선형구조, 결합 블럭 공중합체; (c)20내지 35중량%의 측쇄구조 블럭 공중합체로 구성되며 3성분의 총 백분율이 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 기본 고분자는 모오알케닐-아렌과 4 내지 5탄소원자의 공역디엔의 공중합 반응에서 유도된 블럭 공중합체 조성물이며 이 조성물은; (a)34내지 50중량%의 선형구조, 비결합 블럭 공중합체; (b)30내지 435중량%의 선형구조, 결합 블럭 공중합체; (c)20내지 35중량%의 측쇄구조 블럭 공중합체로 구성되며 3성분의 총 백분율이 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 모노말케닐-아렌은 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 고분자 조성물 평균 분자량은 100,000 내지 400,000 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제조성물.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 전체 폴리(모노알케닐 아렌) 함량은 8내지 40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 전체 폴리(모노알케닐 아렌) 함량은 10내지 25중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  18. 제12항에 있어서 100 비율의 기본 고분자 조성물당 50내지 200비율의 접착제 수지(phr), 10내지 100phr의 유동화제 수지, 또한 10내지 100phr의 유동화제 오일을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 접착제 수지 량은 50내지 150 phr 범위이고 유동화제 수지량은 20 내지 80 phr 범위이고 유동하제 오일량은 20내지 60 phr인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착제 조성물.
