Abstract

노즐부재(N)로부터 분리된 스핀들부재(S)의 중공스핀들(s)에 종사(y) 혹은 권취측의 하사를 삽입한 후, 합체되는 노즐부재와 스핀들부재에 의해 형성되는 공기실(8)에 압축공기류를 발생시키도록 한 선회공기류를 이용한 방적사의 실잇기방법에 관한 것이다.
종사가 신장되어서 안정상태로 유지되고 있으므로, 슬라이버로부터 분리된 섬유가 확실하게 종사에 감기고, 따라서 실잇기의 성공률이 향상된다.

제1도는 방적기의 일부 단면을 포함하는 측면도.
제2도는 방적사를 제조하는 방적원리를 표시하는 방적기의 노즐부재와 스핀들 부재의 부분확대 단면도.
제3도는 제1도와 동일한 방적기의 일부 단면을 포함하는 측면도.
제4도는 제1도와 동일한 방적기의 일부 단면을 포함하는 측면도.
제5도는 제1도와 동일한 방적기의 일부 단면을 포함하는 측면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 노즐부재(N)로부터 분리된 스핀들부재(S)의 중공스핀들(s)에 종사(y) 혹은 권취측의 하사를 삽입한 후, 합체되는 노즐부재(N)와 스핀들부재(S)에 의해 형성되는 공기실(8)에 압축공기류를 발생시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 선회공기류를 이용한 방적기의 실잇기방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 압축공기류를 압축공기공급구(10)로부터 약한 흡입압으로 공기를 흡입하는 흡입구(9)의 방향으로 향하는 흐름으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 선회공기류를 이용한 방적기의 실잇기방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 압축공기류의 공급을 노즐부재(N)로부터 분리된 스핀들부재(S)가 합체를 위해서 이동을 개시한 전후부터 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선회공기류를 이용한 방적기의 실잇기방법.
