Abstract

폐기물의 소각로(7)에서 배출가스 배출로를 통하여 집진기에 도입할 때에 소각로(7)내에 과황산암모늄을 공급하는 소각로 배출가스 처리방법 및 상기 배출가스 배출로내의 400℃ 이상의 장소에 과황산암모늄을 공급함과 동시에, 상기 집진기로부터 배출되는 가스를 다시 탈진용 촉매장치에 도입하는 소각로 배출가스 처리방법.
배출가스중의 디옥신류, 중금속류 및 NOx의 감소 제거를 과황산암모늄이라는 공통의 첨가제에 의하여 달성할 수 있고, 그 때문에 첨가제의 공급위치 및 첨가제 공급장치가 각각 하나라도 족하고, 따라서 배출가스 처리시스템을 매우 간단화할 수 있음과 동시에 처리운전의 번잡성을 현저히 완화할 수 있게 된다.

제1도는 실시예 1의 소각로 배출가스 처리장치의 개략 구성도,
제2도는 제1도의 있어서의 소각로의 분무노즐 위치에서의 수평 단면도,
제3도는 실시예 2의 소각로 배출가스 처리장치의 개략 구성도,
제4도는 과황산암모늄을 첨가한 경우와 첨가하지 않는 경우에 대한 배출가스중의 CO농도와 집진기 입구에서의 디옥신류 농도와의 관계도.

Claims (4)

  1. 소각로에서 배출가스를 배출가스 배출로를 통하여 집진기에 도입할때에 상기 소각로내에 과황산암모늄을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각로 배출가스 처리방법.
  2. 소각로에서 배출가스를 배출가스 배출로를 통하여 집진기에 도입할 때에 상기 배출가스 배출로내의 400℃ 이상의 장소에 과황산암모늄을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각로 배출가스 처리방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집진기로부터 배출되는 가스를 다시 탈질용 촉매장치에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각로 배출가스 처리방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과황산암모늄의 공급량을 소각로의 배출가스량에 대하여 0.01g/N㎥ 이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 처리방법.
