Abstract
본 발명은 정전시에 정전임을 검출해서 정상상태에서의 운행을 정지함과 동시에 비상운전장치를 구동해서 엘리베이터를 제어하는 정전시 엘리베이터의 제어장치에 관한 것으로써, 유도전동기와, 상기 유도전동기에 흘러 들어가는 전류를 검출하는 전류검출기와, 상기 유도전동기의 회전속도를 검출하는 속도검출기와, 상기 전류검출기 및 속도검출기에 의해서 검출된 전류치 및 유도전동기의 회전속도를 받아서 상기 유도전동기의 회전시간을 제어하기 위하여 펄스폭제어부와, 상기 펄스폭제어부로부터 출력되는 펄스를 증폭해서 출력하는 인버어터구동부로 이루어진 엘리베이터의 제어장치에 있어서, 3상교류전원과, 상기 3상교류전원의 투입시에 온되는 콘택터(C1, C2, C3, C4, C5)중 콘택터(C1, C2, C3) 및 단자(R, S, T)를 개재해서 교류전원을 받아서 직류전원으로 정류하는 콘버터와, 상기 콘버터에서 정류된 직류전원을 평활화시키는 평활용 콘덴서와, 상기 평활용 콘덴서의 양단자측의 전압(전하량)이 일정치이상이 된 것을 검출하는 충전량검출기와, 입력측이 상기 콘버터의 출력측에 접속되고 출력측이 3상교류전동기에 접속되어 있는 인버터와, 상기 인버터의 에미터측에 사용전원에 의해 온되는 콘택터(C5) 및 퓨즈를 통해서 접속되고 상기 인버터의 콜렉터측에 상용전원에 의해 온되는 콘택터(C4)를 통해서 접속되어 각 기판에 구동전압을 공급하는 정전압원과, 통상의 구동시에 상기 콘버터의 직류출력을 받아서 충전되는 배터리 백업 시스템과, 정전시에 콘트롤러의 제어에 의해 온되는 자동구출운전스위치와, 상기 배터리에 충전되어 있는 직류전원을 상기 인버터를 구성하는 트랜지스터의 콜렉터 및 에미터에 인가하기 위하여 상기 자동구출운전스위치의 온에 따라 릴레이코일에 전류가 흐르면 온접촉하는 콘택터(B1, B2, B3)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a control device of an elevator in case of a power failure, which detects the power failure at the time of power failure, stops the operation in the normal state, and controls the elevator by driving the emergency operation device.
