제1도는 실시예1의 필터의 500배 확대한 주사 전자 현미경사진(SEM)이다.
제2도는 실시예1의 건조된 제올라이드 피복 메쉬의 100배 확대한 SEM이다.
제3도는 실시예2의 메쉬의 1500배 확대한 SEM이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 결정화가 가능한 합성겔에 다공성 금속 지지체의 적어도 한 표면을 침수시켜 결정성 제오-형(zeo-type)물질을 제조하고, 제오-형물질이 지지체상에 결정화가 이루어지도록 상기 겔의 결정화를 유도하는 과정을 포함하는 다공성 금속 지지체상에 제오-형 물질의 침착방법에 있어서, 겔에 침수시키기 이전에 상기 그속 지지체와 표면을 산으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 침착 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산이 무기산인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 산이 염산인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산이 0.01~5몰 수용액의 형태로 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체가 스테인레스강으로 만들어지는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 지지체의 평균 세고직경이 0.1 내지 2000마이크론 범위인 방법.
  7. 상기의 겔의 결정화 후, 지지체를 혼합물로부터 제거한 다음, 침수 및 결정화 단계를 1회 이상 반복하여 원하는 막을 얻음을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에서 청구한 방법을 포함하는 막의 제조방법.
