Claims (10)

  1. 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 발포제의 존재하에 활성 수소함유 반응시킴을 포함하여 경성 독립기포폴리이소시아네이트계 발포체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 발포제가 (a)성분 (a)와 (b)를 기준으로 하여 비점이 적어도 283°K인 적어도 1종의 할로카본 화합물 40 내지 95몰%와 (b) 성분 (a)와 (b)를 기준으로 하여 비점이 266°K이하인 적어도 1종의 할로카본 화합물 5 내지 50몰%를 포함하고, 성분(b)에 대한 성분(a)의 비점의 비율이 1.06:1 내지 1.20:1이며 발포제가 비점이 338°K이상인 유기 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)와 (b)를 기준으로 하여, 성분(a)가 40내지 80몰% 또는 40내지 65몰%의 양으로 존재하고, 성분(b)가 20 내지 60몰% 또는 35내지 60몰%의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a)의 할로카본 화합물이 1종 이상의 메탄-또는 에탄 할로카본 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하고, 성분(b)의 할로카본 화합물이 1종 이상의 메탄-, 에탄-, 프로판-, 에틸렌-, 프로필렌- 또는 사이클릭- 할로카본 화합물 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (a)와 (b) 모두가 에탄 할로카본을 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 할로카본 성분(a)가 트로클로로 플루오로메탄(R-11), 디클로로트리플루오로에탄(R-123), 트르플루오로클로로에탄(R-133), 플루오로디클로로에탄(R-141b) 또는 이의 혼합물이고, 할로카본 성분(b)가 클로로플루오로메탄(R-31), 브로모디플루오로메탄(R-22b1), 클로로테트라플루오로에탄(R-134 또는 이성체 134a), 클로로디플루오로-에탄(R-142b) 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 플루오로디클로로에탄(R-141b), 디클로로트리플루오로에탄(R-123) 또는 이의 혼합물이고, 성분(b)가 클로로디플루오로에탄(R-142b), 테트라플루오로에탄(R-134a) 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이산화탄소 가스를 생성시키는 발포제 전구체를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 발포제 전구체가 물인 방법.
  9. 기포 내의 (a)성분 (a)와 성분(b)를 기준으로 하여 30내지 85몰%의 (1)성분 (1)과 (2)를 기준으로 하여 비점이 적어도 283°K인 적어도 1종의 할로카본 화합물 40 내지 95몰%와 (2) 성분(1)과 (2)를 기준으로 하여 비점이 266°K이하인 적어도 1종의 할로카본 화합물 5내지 60몰%를 포함하고, 성분(2)에 대한 성분(1)의 비점의 비율이 1.06:1 내지 1.20:1이며 발포제가 비점이 338°K이상인 유기 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않는 혼합물 및 (b)성분 (a)와 성분 (b)를 기준으로 하여 이상화탄소 15 내지 70몰%를 포함하는 가스상 조성물을 함유함을 특징으로하는 제7항에서 청구한 방법에 따라 제조된 경성 독립 기포 폴리이소시아네이트계 발포체.
  10. 당량이 50 내지 700인 적어도 1종의 활성 수소 함유 화합물과 발포제를 포함하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물에 있어서, 발포제가조성물의 총 중량의 1 내지 30중량%의 양으로 존재하고 발포제가 (a)성분 (a)와 (b)를 기준으로하여 비점이 적어도 283°K인 적어도 1종의 할로카본 화합물 40 내지 95몰%와 (b) 성분(a)와 (b)를 기준을 하여 비점이 266°K이하인 적어도 1종의 할로카본 화합물 5내지 60몰%를 포함하고, 성분(b)에 대한 성분(a)의 비점의 비율이 1.06:1 내지 1.20:1이며 발포제가 비점이 338°K이상인 유기 화합물을 거의 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
