Claims (6)
- 연료조립체단편(fuel assembly endpiece) (7,8)의 리세스내에 자유단(free ends)으로 돌출되는 다수의 센터링핀(centering pin) (10)을 지지한 저부코어구조(lower core structure) (3)와 상부코어구조(upper core structure) (4)를 가진 수냉식원자로의 코어내부구조(core internals) (2)에 있어서, 중심공(center core) (22) 는 원추형상으로 경사진 단상구멍(stepped bore) (23)으로써 그 연료조립체 (5)에서 떨어져 있는 그 단부에서 구성되고, 그 단상구멍(23)은 센터링핀(10)과 단상구멍과 동일한 피치(putch)로 그리고 동일한 방향으로 원추형성의 구성을 하는 그 센터링핀의 원주면에 대해서 축방향으로 대치시킬 수 있는 플러그(plug) (24)를 수용하며, 그 센터링핀은 이것을 수용할 수 있는 구멍(18)에서 헐거움(play)의 거의 없는 피팅접속(fitting connection)을 하고, 그 단상구멍(23)의 레벨에서 센터링핀의 원주면은 그루빙(grooving) (25)을 구성시켜, 그 그루빙(25)는 플러그(24)가 상태운동을 발생한 후에 그리드판9grid plate) (9)에 형성된 구멍(18)벽과 체결접촉(positure connection)을 하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 수냉식원자로의 코어내부 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센터링핀(10)을 피팅(fitting)할때에는 상기 중심구멍(22)을 통하여 상기 플러그(24)의 막힌구멍(blind bore)으로 하나의 태핏(tappet) (32) 이 형성되고, 상기 태핏의 충격력은 센터링핀(10)의 그루빙(25)과 구멍(18)벽의 그루빙사이의 경도 차이에 따라 선택하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 수냉식원자로의 코어내부구조.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플러그(24)는 그 플러그(24)가 상태운동을 발생한 후 단상구멍(23)에 재질로 된 비드형성부(bead formation) (35)을 받아드리는 적어도 하나의 주변요흠(34)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 수냉식원자로의 코어내부구조.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 센터링핀(10)의 원주면은 그 그루빙(25)의 상하에 하나의 리세스(27, 29)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 상기 냉식원자로의 코어 내부구조.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 그리드판(9)와 대향하는 소울더(21)에 요흠(36)을 형성시켜 그 주어진 거리에 탄성요흠(37)을 설정시킴을 특징으로 하는 수냉식원자로의 코어내부구조.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 센터링핀(10)은 하나의 셋백(set-back) (39)을 구비하며, 그 셋백은 체결접소(positure connection)을 하고 중간편(38)을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 상기 수냉식원자로의 코어내부구조.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
