Claims (5)

  1. 하우징과 그 하우징에 회전자재로 장착된 압연용 로울을 포함하는 로울 스탠드를, 압연기로부터 탈거하는 스텝과, 상기 탈거된 로울 스탠드를 고정하는 스텝과, 상기 로울 스탠드에서의 상기 로울은 상기 하우징에 대햐서 자체의 축선방향으로 모으는 스텝과, 상기 축선방향으로 모아진 로울을 절삭하는 스텝과, 상기 로울의 절삭이 끝난 로울 스탠드의 고정을 푸는 스텝과, 상기 고정이 풀린 로울 스탠드를 상기 압연기에 장착하는 스텝 등을 포함하는 압연기의 로울 보수방법.
  2. 기틀과, 상기 기틀에 설치된 로울 스탠드를 얹기 위한 대와, 상기 대에 얹혀지는 로울 스탠드의 하우징을 상기 기틀에 고정수단과, 상기 대에 얹히는 로울 스탠드의 로울을 그 축선방향으로 모으기 위한 수단과, 상기 기틀에 설치된 상기 로울을 회전시키기 위한 로울 회전 구동장치와, 상기 기틀에 설치된 상기 로울을 절삭하기 위한 절삭구 등을 포함하는 로울 절삭장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 대가 상기 기틀에 대해서 상하 자재이며, 또한 상기 기틀에는 상기 대를 상하 운동 시키기 위한 승강장치가 있는 로울 절삭장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기틀에는 로울에 대해서 절삭구와는 반대측 위치에서 로울을 절삭구 측을 향해서 밀기 위한 레이디얼 프리 로드기구를 설치한 로울 절삭장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기틀에는 로울 스탠드에서의 하우징 측면에 설치된 가공기준 시이트를 받아서 기틀에 대해서 하우징의 수평방향 위치 결정을 하기 위한 기준체가 있는 로울 절삭장치.
