Claims (26)
- 탄화수소에 목적에 따른 충분한 양의 붕산암모늄 화합물을 가함을 특징으로 하여, 온도가 600 내지 1400℉인 탄화수소와 접촉하는 금속표면상에서 필라멘트상 코우크스의 형성 및 용착을 억제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소의 온도가 600 내지 1400℉로 되기 전에 붕산암모늄 화합물을 탄화수소에 가하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄화수소의 온도가 850 내지 1300℉인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소의 온도가 850 내지 1300℉인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕산암모늄 화합물이 글리콜성 용매중에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕산암모늄 화합물이 중붕산암모늄 및 오붕산암모늄중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 붕산암모늄 화합물이 중붕산암모늄 및 오붕산암모늄중에서 선택되는 방법.

- 제10항에 있어서, 붕산염이 에틸렌글리콜 및 프로필렌 글리콜중에 선택된 용매중에 존재하는 방법.
- 탄화수소를 가열대에 충진시키고 온도를 약 800 내지 1300℉로 상승시켜, 이 온도로 가열되었을 때 탄화수소로부터 휘발되고/되거나 탄화수소 중에서 형성되는 어떤 생성물도 분리대에서 제거 및 회수하고;상기 탄화수소 중의 나머지를 이송라인을 통해서 코우크스-형성 영역으로 이동시키고 여기서 냉각시켜 코우크스를 형성시키며, 통상 상기 가열대, 생성물 분리대 또는 이송라인의 표면상에 원치않는 코우크스의 조기형성 및 용착이 이루어지는 코우크스의 제조방법에 있어서;상기 탄화수소에 가열대, 이송라인 및/또는 휘발물질 또는 생성물 분리대에서의 원치않는 필라멘트상 코우크스의 조기형성 및 용착을 효과적으로 억제하기에 충분한 양의 붕산 암모늄을 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 탄화수소충진물이 원유, 셰일유(shale oil), 아타바스카비투멘(athabasca bitumen), 질소나이트(gilsonite), 코울타르피치, 아스팔트, 방향성원료 및 내화성 원료중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 가열대, 분리대 및/또는 이송라인이 제일철 금속으로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 붕산암모늄 화합물이 중붕산 암모늄 및 오붕산암모늄 중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 붕산염 화합물이 글리콜성 용매중에 존재하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 붕산암모늄이 글리콜성 용매중에 존재하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 붕산염을 탄화수소 충진물 백만부당 약 1 내지 8000부의 붕소를 제공하는 양으로 탄화수소 충진물에 가하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 붕산염을 탄화수소 충진물 백만부당 약 1 내지 8000부의 붕소를 제공하는 양으로 탄화수소충진물에 가하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 붕산염이 중붕산암모늄인 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 붕산염이 중붕산암모늄 또는 오붕산암모늄인 방법.
- 글리콜성 용매중의 붕상암모늄으로 이루어진 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 붕산염이 중붕산암모늄 및 오붕산암모늄 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
