Claims (6)
- 보어를 갖는 몸체를 포함하는 스푸울 밸브, 보어내에서 왕복운동할 수 있게 보어내에 위치하는 스푸울, 유입포트, 유출포트 및 배출포트를 갖는 상기 밸브 몸체,상기 스푸울의 한 끝과 연결되는 유출구와 상기 밸브 몸체에 대한 유입구와 연결되는 유입구를 갖는 전기 유압 3방향 상시 폐쇄펄스폭 변조밸브,상기 스푸울의 다른끝과 연결되는 유출구와상기 몸체의 유출구와 연결되는 유입구를 갖는 전기 유압 3방향 상시 폐쇄 온/오프 밸브로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스푸울을 상기 펄스폭 변조 밸브쪽으로 미는 스프링수단,상기 유입구로부터 유출구까지의 관로에 상시 장해가 되게 위치한 상기 스푸울을 특징으로 하는 전기유압제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 온/오프 밸브쪽으로 수푸울이 변환된 후에 그것이 변환된 후의 위치에 상기 스푸울을 고정하도록 작동하는 멈춤수단,유출구를 통해 공급되는 유압이 스프링수단에 의한 압력을 뺀 펄스폭 변조 밸브의 압력과 충분히 까아지게 스푸울을 통한 유동을 제어하기 위해 펄스폭 변조밸브의 평형을 유지해 주는 유압 피이드 백신호를 제공하는 기능을 하는 온/오프 밸브의 동력공급에 따라서 유출구를 통하여 유동할 수 있고 유입구를 부분적으로 개방하기 위해 온/오프 밸브쪽으로 변환될 수 있고 배출포트를 열리게 하며 유입구로부터 유동할 수 있게 작동 가능한 동력이 차단된 두 밸브와 함께 스프링이 작동하에서 그의 상시(normal)위치에 있는 상기 스푸울을 특징으로 하는 전기 유압 제어시스템.
- 상기 제1항에 있어서, 간격을 두고 배치된 랜드(lands)로 구성되고 하나의 랜드는 유입구의 미터링(metering)제어할 수 있게 작동하고 다른 하나의 랜드는 배출포트를 제어할 수 있게 작동가능한 상기 스푸울로 구성되고,상기 유출구는 상기 랜드사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압시스템.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 스푸울 밸브의 상기 몸체에 상기 펄스폭변조밸브의 유입구와 상기 밸브몸체에 대한 유입구 사이를 연결하는 관로와 상기 온/오프 밸브의 유입구와 상기 몸체의 유출구 사이를 연결하는 관로가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 유압제어시스템.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느하나의 항에 있어서, 유체가 공급되는 장치의 유체충전여부를 감지하기 위해 스푸울 밸브의 유출구에서의 유압을 검지하기 위한 압력변환장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기유압 제어시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
