Claims (11)
- 스크린 지지체, 상기 지지체 위에 위치하는 발광성 시각용 스크린, 적어도 한 개의 전자 비임으로 발광하는 상기 스크린을 여기시키는 수단, 상기 스크린 위에 위치하는 광반사 금속층 및 상기 광 반사 금속층 위에 위치하는 흑연 혹은 비결정질 탄소층을 구비하는 음극선관에 있어서, 상기 탄소층(35)이 결합재로써 미리 설정된 실리카 입자들을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카입자에 대한 상기 탄소 입자의 비는 0.9 내지 1.1 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소입자와 상기 실리카입자들이 실질상 균일 혼합으로 단일층에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자들이 상기 광 반사층위에 침전된 탄소 입자의 부속층과 상기 탄소 입자의 부속층 위에 침전된 실리카 입자의 부속층을 포함하는 합성 부속층으로써 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자들이 상기 광반사 층위에 침전된 실리카 입자의 부속층과 상기 실리카 입자의 부속층 위에 침전된 탄소입자의 부속층을 포함하는 합성 부속층으로써 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카는 훈증된 실리콘 화합물을 열분해함으로써 생성된 건조분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄소층(35)은 50° 내지 75℃ 범위내의 온도로 미리 가열된 상기 스크린 지지체(27A) 및 상기 광반사 금속층(33) 위에 상기 입자의 수성현탁액을 스프레이함으로써 침전된 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관.
- 스크린 지지체, 스크린 지지체 위에 위치하는 시각용 스크린 및 상기 스크린 위에 위치하는 광반사 금속층을 구비하는 음극선관을 제조하기 위해서, 상기 스크린의 지지체와 상기 스크린 위에 위치하는 금속층을 약 50° 내지 75℃로 미리 가열시킨 상기 스크린을 생성하는 단계와 상기 미리 가열된 금속층에 유기열-휘발성 물질의 필름을 침전시키는 단계를 구비한 방법에 있어서, 상기 필름을 탄소 입자층(35) 및 미리 형성된 실리카 입자층에 침전시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 입자들 및 실리카 입자들을 실질적으로 균일한 상기 입자들의 수성 부유물로부터 침전된 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 입자들은 탄소입자의 수성 부유물로부터 상기 광반사 금속층(33) 위에 침전되고, 상기 실리카 입자들은 실리카 입자의 수성 부유물로부터 상기 타소입자들 위에 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자들은 실리카 입자의 수성 부유물로부터 상기 광 반사 금속층(33)위에 침전되고, 상기 탄소 입자들은 탄소입자의 수성부유물로부터 실리카 입자들 위에 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극선관 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
