Description
Claims (11)
- 열분해 가솔린을 지지촉매 존재하에 고온, 고압에서 수소와 그 단계로 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되며, 1단계 촉매가 1-5%w(총촉매를 기준으로)의 원소 주기율표, 8족의 금속하나 또는 그 이상으로 구성되며, 그 단계 촉매가 5-40%w(총촉매를 기준으로)의 8족 금속 하나 또는 그 이상으로 구성되어 있는 열분해 가솔린에서 디엠을 선택적으로 수소화하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1단계 및 2단계 촉매 모두가 8족 금속인 니켈로 구성되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 1단계 및 2단계 촉매가 모두가 0-6중량%의 실리카를 함유하는 알루미나를 지지체로 구성하고 있는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에서 1단계 촉매가 1-4Mpa의 벌크파쇄 강도를 가지고 있는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에서 1단계 촉매가 그 최소크기가 약 2-30mm인 입자로 구성되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에서 상기한 입자가 구형인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에서 1단계 및 2단계 촉매 모두가 단일 반응대역내에 차례로 하나씩 설치되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에서 두단계 모두에서 온도가 50-300범위이며, 총압력이 10-100바아 abs범위이며 수소부분압이 5-80바아 abs범위이며, 수소공급율이 50-1000NI/공금물 kg/이며 공간속도가 0.1-10kg공급물/촉매 1개/시간인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 실시예를 참조로 설명된 바와같은 방법.
- 제1항 내지 9항중 어느한 방법에 의해 제조된 수소화된 열 분해 가솔린.
