Abstract
일례로, 전극 조립체; 상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 케이스; 및 상기 케이스의 상부에 결합되며, 캡 업과, 상기 캡 업의 하부에 설치되고 노치가 형성된 안전 벤트와, 상기 안전 벤트의 하부에 결합된 캡 다운을 갖는 캡 조립체를 포함하고, 상기 캡 다운은 상기 캡 다운의 하부에서 상기 안전 벤트에 용접된 용접부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지를 개시한다.

Claims (10)
- 전극 조립체;
상기 전극 조립체를 수용하는 케이스; 및
상기 케이스의 상부에 결합되며, 캡 업과, 상기 캡 업의 하부에 설치되고 노치가 형성된 안전 벤트와, 상기 안전 벤트의 하부에 결합된 캡 다운을 갖는 캡 조립체를 포함하고,
상기 캡 다운은 상기 캡 다운의 하부에서 상기 안전 벤트에 용접된 용접부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용접부는 상기 캡 조립체의 중심으로부터 동일 반지름을 가지며 서로 이격되게 다수개가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용접부는 상기 캡 다운의 외주연을 따라 연속적으로 형성된 원 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 용접부는 상기 노치의 외측에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 다운의 중심에는 상기 케이스 내부에서 발생된 가스가 배출되는 가스 배출홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 배출홀의 외측에는 상기 전극 조립체와 전기적으로 연결된 전극탭이 용접된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 안전 벤트는 상기 캡 업의 가장자리를 감싸며 상기 캡 업의 상부로 연장된 벤트 연장부를 포함하고,
상기 벤트 연장부에는 상기 안전 벤트를 상기 캡 업에 용접시킨 벤트 용접부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 벤트 용접부는 상기 캡 조립체의 중심으로부터 동일 반지름을 가지며 서로 이격되게 다수개가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 벤트 용접부는 상기 벤트 연장부의 외주연을 따라 연속적으로 형성된 원 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 케이스 내부에서 발생된 가스에 의해 상기 노치가 파단되어도, 상기 캡 업과 상기 안전 벤트 및 상기 캡 다운은 상호간 전기적으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 이차 전지.
