잔류 오스테나이트량이 10% 이상이고,
MA의 평균 사이즈가 1.0μm 이하이고,
잔류 오스테나이트의 평균 사이즈가 1.0μm 이하이고,
사이즈 1.5μm 이상의 잔류 오스테나이트가 전체 잔류 오스테나이트량의 2% 이상이고,
강판 중의 고용 질소량이 0.002질량% 이하인 고강도 강판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
이하의 (a)∼(e) 중 어느 하나 이상을 만족하는 고강도 강판.
(a) C량이 0.30질량% 이하이다
(b) Al량이 0.10질량% 미만이다
(c) Cu, Ni, Mo, Cr 및 B 중 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하고, Cu, Ni, Mo, Cr 및 B의 합계 함유량이 1.0질량% 이하이다
(d) Ti, V, Nb, Mo, Zr 및 Hf 중 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하고, Ti, V, Nb, Mo, Zr 및 Hf의 합계 함유량이 0.2질량% 이하이다
(e) Ca, Mg 및 REM 중 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하고, Ca, Mg 및 REM의 합계 함유량이 0.01질량% 이하이다 - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 열연 강판을 준비하는 것과,
상기 열연 강판을, 450℃∼Ae1점의 온도에서, 10분∼30시간의 예비 소둔을 행하는 것과,
예비 소둔 후, 냉간 압연을 실시하여 냉연 강판을 얻는 것과,
상기 냉연 강판을 Ac3점 이상의 온도로 가열하여 오스테나이트화하는 것과,
상기 오스테나이트화 후, 650℃∼500℃의 사이를 평균 냉각 속도 15℃/초 이상, 200℃/초 미만으로 냉각하고, 300℃∼500℃의 범위 내에서 10℃/초 이하의 냉각 속도로 10초 이상, 300초 미만 체류시키는 것과,
상기 체류 후, 300℃ 이상의 온도로부터 100℃ 이상, 300℃ 미만 사이의 냉각 정지 온도까지 10℃/초 이상의 평균 냉각 속도로 냉각하는 것과,
상기 냉각 정지 온도로부터 300℃∼500℃의 범위에 있는 재가열 온도까지 가열하는 것
을 포함하는, 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 체류가 300℃∼500℃의 범위 내의 일정 온도에서 유지하는 것을 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 열연 강판이, 이하의 (a)∼(e) 중 어느 하나 이상을 만족하는 제조 방법.
(a) C량이 0.30질량% 이하이다
(b) Al량이 0.10질량% 미만이다
(c) Cu, Ni, Mo, Cr 및 B 중 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하고, Cu, Ni, Mo, Cr 및 B의 합계 함유량이 1.0질량% 이하이다
(d) Ti, V, Nb, Mo, Zr 및 Hf 중 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하고, Ti, V, Nb, Mo, Zr 및 Hf의 합계 함유량이 0.2질량% 이하이다
(e) Ca, Mg 및 REM 중 1종 이상을 추가로 포함하고, Ca, Mg 및 REM의 합계 함유량이 0.01질량% 이하이다
