Abstract
본 발명으로부터 제공되는 락토바실러스 카제이(Lactobacillus casei) GFC 1 균주(수탁번호: KCTC18333P) 유래 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase) 단백질은 지페노사이드(Gypenoside) XVll를 체내 흡수가 용이한 형태인 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside) F2 또는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside) Compound K(C-K)로 고수율로 생물전환시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명에 따른 정제된 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase)의 pH(A) 및 온도(B)에 따른 안정성 및 활성 영향을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase)를 이용한 생물학적 전환에 대한 TLC 분석 결과이다. (S; Standard, C; Gypenoside XVll, 1; 실시예 5-6, 2; 실시예 5-8(12hr 처리), 3; 실시예 5-8(24hr 처리), 4; 실시예 5-7(12hr 처리))

Claims (12)
- 서열번호 1로 표시되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase) 단백질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase) 단백질은 락토바실러스 카제이(Lactobacillus casei) GFC 1 균주(수탁번호: KCTC18333P)로부터 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase) 단백질.
- 제1항의 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase) 단백질을 코딩하는 핵산.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 핵산은 서열번호 2의 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산.
- 제3항의 핵산을 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제1항의 진세노시다제(Ginsenosidase) 단백질을 지페노사이드(Gypenoside) XVll에 처리하여 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 처리는 pH 6 내지 9에서 20 내지 40℃의 조건에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 처리는 Co2+, Fe3+, Cu2+, Zn2+, NH4+ 및 Mg2+로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 금속 이온을 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 처리는 NH4+ 또는 Mg2+ 금속 이온을 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside) F2 또는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside) Compound K(C-K)인 것을 특징으로 하는 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 진세노사이드(Ginsenoside)는 항산화, 항염 및 항주름 효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
