Claims (7)
- 전주(ElectroForming, EF)법에 의해 두께가 100㎛ 이하(0㎛ 제외)이고, 중량%로, Ni: 34~46%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일을 제조하는 단계;
상기 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 박을 방청처리하는 단계; 및
상기 금속 포일을 200~350℃의 온도에서 5~30분 동안 탈수 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 투습 방지 특성이 우수한 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방청처리는 산화크롬, 산화아연, 산화주석, 산화규소, 산화 니켈 또는 산화 타이타늄 피막인 투습 방지 특성이 우수한 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 방청처리 전에 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일을 탈수 건조 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 투습 방지 특성이 우수한 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 방청 처리 전에 수행되는 탈수건조단계는 200 내지 350℃의 온도에서 5 내지 30분간 수행되는 것인 투습 방지 특성이 우수한 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일의 제조방법.
- 전주(ElectroForming, EF)법에 의해 제조되고, 두께가 100㎛ 이하(0㎛ 제외)인 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일에 있어서,
상기 금속 포일은 중량%로, Ni: 34~46%, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고,
상기 금속 포일은 하기 수학식 1로 표현되는 수분 투과율이 10-5g/m2?day 이하인 투습 방지 특성이 우수한 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일.

(여기서, n는 반응에서의 몰당 당량수이고, M은 각각의 분자량, δ는 칼슘의 밀도, ρ는 칼슘의 비저항, l은 전극 사이의 칼슘의 길이, b는 전극 사이 칼슘의 폭을 의미하며, d(1/R)/dt는 시간에 따른 저항의 기울기를 의미한다.)
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 금속 포일의 평균 결정립 크기는 50nm 이하(0nm는 제외)인 투습 방지 특성이 우수한 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일.
- 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 합금 금속 포일의 인장강도는 900MPa 이상인 열복원성이 우수한 Fe-Ni계 합금 금속 포일.
