Claims (11)
- 제1 및 제2 기판을 포함하는 액정표시패널;
상기 제1 기판의 외면에 위치하는 상측 편광판; 및
상기 상측 편광판 상에 구비되고 상기 상측 편광판의 투과축과 평행한 투과축을 갖는 편광층, 및 극각이 40° 내지 75°인 광축을 갖는 복굴절 물질로 이루어진 위상 지연층을 포함하는 시야각 조절필름을 포함하는 액정표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광축은 상기 상측 편광판의 상기 투과축에 대해서 0° 또는 90°의 방위각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위상 지연층의 위상 지연값(Δnd)은 350nm 내지 1000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위상 지연층은 상기 상측 편광판과 상기 편광층 사이에 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시야각 조절필름은,
상기 위상 지연층과 상기 상측 편광판 사이에 개재되는 지지층; 및
상기 편광층 상에 구비되는 표면 처리층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판의 외면에 위치하고, 상기 상측 편광판의 투과축에 실질적으로 수직한 투과축을 갖는 하측 편광판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1 및 제2 기판을 포함하는 액정표시패널; 및
상기 제1 기판의 외면에 위치하는 통합 필름을 포함하고,
상기 통합 필름은,
제1 편광층;
상기 제1 편광층 상에 구비되고, 극각이 40° 내지 75°인 광축을 갖는 복굴절 물질로 이루어진 위상 지연층; 및
상기 위상 지연층 상에 구비되고 상기 제1 편광판의 투과축과 평행한 투과축을 갖는 제2 편광층을 포함하는 액정표시장치. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 광축은 상기 상측 편광판의 상기 투과축에 대해서 0° 또는 90°의 방위각을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 위상 지연층의 위상 지연값(Δnd)은 350nm 내지 1000nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 통합 필름은,
상기 제1 기판 상에 구비되는 제1 지지층;
상기 제1 지지층과 상기 제1 편광층 사이에 구비되는 보상층; 및
상기 제1 편광층을 커버하는 보호층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 통합 필름은,
상기 보호층과 상기 위상 지연층 사이에 구비되는 제2 지지층; 및
상기 제2 편광층 상에 구비되는 표면 처리층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
