Claims (9)
- 실린더(1)에 고정된 피스톤 펌프의 유량을 제어하기 위한 제어 밸브(9)를 구비한 유압 차량 브레이크 시스템의 피스톤 펌프용 실린더에 있어서,
상기 제어 밸브(9)는 상기 제어 밸브(9)의 모든 부품(10, 11, 12, 19)을 포함하며 결속하는 어셈블리로서 형성됨으로써, 단일 부품과 같이 취급될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(1)는 상기 제어 밸브(9)가 고정되는 관통 홀을 가진 바닥(7)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더(1) 및 상기 제어 밸브(9)는 밀봉 결합을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브(9)는 체크 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브(9)는 상기 피스톤 펌프의 배출 밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브(9)는 디스크 또는 피스톤 밸브이고, 측면의 유입부 또는 배출부(20)를 포함하며, 상기 제어 밸브의 제어 바디(19)는 개방시 행정에 의존하는 통과면을 개방하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브(9)는 제어 바디(10) 및 상기 제어 바디(10)를 둘러싸는 스트립들(18) 및 홈들(17)을 포함하고, 상기 스트립들(18)은 밸브 행정시 상기 제어 바디(10)를 안내하며 상기 홈들(17)은 상기 제어 밸브(9)의 개방시 상기 제어 바디(10) 주위로 흐름을 위한 바이패스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더.
- 실린더(1), 및 상기 실린더(1)에 고정된 피스톤 펌프의 유량을 제어하기 위한 제어 밸브(9)를 포함하는 피스톤 펌프를 구비한 유압 차량 브레이크 시스템에 있어서,
상기 제어 밸브(9)는 상기 제어 밸브(9)의 모든 부품을 포함하며 결속하는 어셈블리로서 형성되므로, 상기 제어 밸브(9)는 개별 부품과 같이 취급될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 차량 브레이크 시스템. - 실린더(1), 및 피스톤 펌프의 유량을 제어하기 위한 제어 밸브(9)를 포함하는, 유압 차량 브레이크 시스템의 피스톤 펌프의 조립 방법에 있어서,
상기 제어 밸브(9)는 조립되어 어셈블리를 형성한 다음 상기 실린더(1)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 차량 브레이크 시스템의 피스톤 펌프의 조립 방법.
