Description
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른, 내부에 클램핑된 절삭 인서트를 가지는 절삭 공구의 등각도이다.

도 5는 도 4의 선 Ⅴ-Ⅴ로 표시된 평면에서 취해진 단면도이다.

Claims (9)
- 종방향 인서트 축(A)를 가지고 절삭 헤드(30)와 절삭 헤드(30)로부터 후방으로 연장되는 인서트 섕크(32)를 포함하는 절삭 인서트(14)이며,
절삭 헤드(30)는 레이크 표면(36)과 릴리프 표면(38)의 교차부에 형성된 절삭 에지(34)를 포함하며,
인서트 섕크(32)는 인서트 축(A)을 따라 연장되고 인서트 축(A)을 둘러싸는 주연 표면(46)을 가지는 인서트 클램핑 부분(40)을 포함하며, 인서트 축(A)은 인서트 클램핑 부분(40)의 제1 분할 평면(P1) 내에 위치되며, 인서트 클램핑 부분(40)은 인서트 축(A)에 수직으로 취해진 비대칭 단면을 가지며,
제1 분할 평면(P1)의 일 측부 상에서, 주연 표면(46)은 종방향으로 연장되는 제1 및 제2 함몰부(48, 50)를 포함하고,
제1 분할 평면(P1)의 다른 측부 상에서, 주연 표면(46)은 제3 함몰부(52)에 의해 분리되는 제1 및 제2 접촉 표면(54, 56)을 포함하며, 제1 및 제2 함몰부(48, 50)는 제3 접촉 표면(58)에 의해 분리되는
절삭 인서트(14). - 제1항에 있어서, 인서트 섕크(32)는 절삭 헤드(30)와 인서트 클램핑 부분(40) 사이에 연장되는 중간 부분(42)을 포함하는
